Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had stayed here just before the pandemic closure. In comparison this time we found the pool area to be tired and in need of a regular sweeping of the areas around the pool. There were insufficient sun beds for the number of guests and some furniture was shabby and in need of replacing. Breakfast was ok. Provision of some cheese and ham as part of the continental breakfast would have been better. As I don’t drink tea or coffee, an option of hot chocolate would have been appreciated. The lifts were in need of a clean. Mirrors all smudged and stayed that way throughout the stay of 7 days. The equipment for the table tennis table was broken. Sorting this all out wouldn’t take a lot of time but would improve the overall quality of the experience.

Nice room with comfy bed. Neutral decor, clean and pleasant. Fairly good location not far from top of main road down to AO Nang beach. Fairly long walk but you pass lots of shops and bars or can get the bus down to the beach.

The stairway by the pool is not very health and safety conscious it would not be good with young children! I think it's pointless to have it just for a few photo shots of the hills behind. I think it looks like an eyesore! This is just my opinion and i did see people climb up and use it but i just can't see the point and would not have liked it there when my children were younger, probably would have spent half my time paranoid about them trying to go up the open high stairway with no sides!

The room was a nice size and comfortable. Bed was comfy & bathroom a decent size. Breakfast was ok. It had a good selection however the ‘hot’ food (sausages, eggs etc) were all cold as the bay marines were not heated. also if your breakfast isn’t included in the room rate it’s an extra 250 Baht.

It’s slightly out of town- about 2km walk. They offer a shuttle bus however you have to book on for specific times and can only seat 10 people at a time, so you need to book it in advance. They also only run every few hours so you will need to plan for the shuttle.

The room: Fantastic, big, clean, nice calm colors, good shower, nice bed and towels, good lighting, nice balcony. The staff: Super friendly, helpfull, smily, kind. The girls in the reception super helpfull: Arm, Chama, Fiw The cleaner lady Nam: very smily and kid everyday The staff in the F&B dep: Boy, Bib, Sae, Leam, Doy, Yhat all very kind and helpfull The location: Perfect, easy to walk to the beach and also to the massage center, and close to a great restaurant name Mama´s kitchen.

All was good, nothing to complete it was a very nice hotel, great rooms and staff. We felt like home Nothing to complain

If you're a family with kids, I definitely recommend the family rooms with sea views here. Very spacious, with a bunk bed for the kids in the living room area and a separate bedroom for the parents. Lots of room for luggage. Nice view of the mountains and the pool from the balcony. Good restaurants nearby for dinner - more reasonably priced and better quality than the ones neae the beach. Staff were polite and friendly and let us check in slightly earlier after a tiring flight. Comfortable beds and timely housekeeping..

Although this is a 4 star property, there are no bellboys to assist with luggage. So you have to lug it all yourself. The towels and bed linen are old, many frayed and some with small holes and stains, however at least they were clean. The breakfast wasn't amazing but loved the hot filter coffee and warm milk provided.

beautiful pool and views. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. It is about a 15 walk to town or you can get a free shuttle from the hotel.

It would have been nice to have been able to order drinks whilst at the pool.

it was amazing!! for the price we paid 40USD a night, it was incredible. the room was clean, the pool was great, service is great too! everyone in the hotel was very polite and food in the hotel didn’t disappoint. i don’t understand why some guests give it a bad rating because “ NO BLACK TEA “ . Thai people don’t drink black tea (: so having no black tea, doesn’t really affect me. the room was really great, and they Kindly upgraded us to a room with pool and cliff view because it was our anniversary (: thank you again For everything!
