Great staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Rooms very clean. Excellent air conditioning. Pool very clean and shade easy to find. Excellent location right in centre of Ao Nang. Laundry service and scooter hire just in front of hotel.

Such a lovely place!!! Really quiet and very close the main street. Staff is really kind. Nice pool. All is perfect. Highly recommanded

the room was very spacious, looked just like the pictures. The breakfast was absolutely unreal. so many options and the staff were very accommodating to me as a I need to eat a gluten free diet. highly recommend. would definitely go back! perfect location!

Good location on the main road but a few steps in so you won't get disturbed. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with warm thai food and continental options. Also a station for ordering your eggs of choice. Fantastic pool with provided towels. The room was very nice and clean.

The location is the best, just near to everything, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was a good surprise, it was a buffet. The staff is amazing. I recommend the rooms with mountain view on a higher floor.

My second stay at the Heritage in three months. It's central, clean, and has ready access to laundry and other facilities. The price point is great but I generally go cheaper but for this place, I make the exception. Cleaning staff are very polite.

The insistence the staff try to talk English but do so in a whisper. I ask them to speak Thai so I can understand them but they insist on talking quietly to the point where I gave up trying to understand. I'm deaf.

amazing location, good facilities. walking distance from the beach and most shops etc. gym had enough equipment. easy boat ride to get to Railay beach (15/20mins) overall staff were nice and friendly

Lots of comments about this but WiFi was not good. Kept cutting in and out and barely worked. this is something which really needs to be addressed as multiple reviews over a period of time have pointed this out. We also asked for some bottles of water and was told it would be brought up but never did. When we went back down, a kind male at the desk explained in better detail the rules of the water and still brought some up anyway.

The hotel was clean, modern and spacious. Our room was a double and had a large bed that was very comfy. The room was cleaned daily and restocked The location was fantastic, nr enough to town to walk in but far enough away. The breakfast was great with a large choice and freshly cooked eggs. The pool area was small but as it was low season we never struggled for beds. The trips were reasonably priced and well organised. We also hired a moped which was an amazing way to see the local area without having do trips all the tome. The roads are not very well signposted so be prepared to get lost!! The hotel staff were very helpful. We had a great 5 day stay.

The hotel has only recently opened after Covid and they haven't yet opened the bar. However,just outside the main entrance was a small bar called dreams. The drinks here are the best we had as they use real spirits, some of the bars in resort didn't. We had booked a Seaview, in our opinion it isn't worth paying the extra for. The balcony is very, very small and overlooks the back of shops with the sea in the distance.
