The location is good and close to everything.

The breakfast is not replenished, very remote rooms without the possibility of transportation to the room, unclean rooms.

When i made my reservation, i selected a deluxe room. But when we arrived, the staff told us that deluxe rooms were fully pocked and they offered us another room. However, that was not the case because we found out that some delux rooms were still vacant. When we insisted on a delux room, they gave us one. I don't know why they did that. I hope this will not happen again.

The new buildings were really nice, the infinity pool was awesome. Staff were extremely friendly and always happy to assist you in every need. Especially the staff name ''title They clearly enjoyed their job. We had breakfast everyday and saw them there happily working without frowning..

The previous room we booked (deluxe with garden view) was quite old and a bit not clean near the bed area. But when we upgraded to a suite at the new buildings the room was really nice but whenever we came back to the room the whole room had a really strong smell from the shower drain.

The place is very near the beach and shops. Easy access to public transport like tuk tuk, vans, taxis just outside the resort and we can book tours, transportation from the resort too.

The cleanings room service and the replacement of daily coffee and tea for the mini bar were done in the afternoon way past 2.00 pm every day and the room service is till 6 pm only. So is the use of the swimming pool is from 8.00 am till 7.00 pm only even though the management did not prevent us from swimming past 7.00 pm.

location is absolutely perfect, just a short 4-minute walk from the beach.

I have been unable to contact the reception due to a faulty telephone in my room. Despite notifying staff about the issue, it has not been resolved. I understand the resort offers a golf service to transport guests, but unfortunately, without a working telephone, I am unable to request this service. As a result, I have had to walk down whenever I wanted to access the reception

The room with balcony and bubble bath tub, the infinity swimming pool, the amazing bathroom, the very comfortable mattress and pillows, the location super convenient and last but not least, the ki dness of staff. Super helpful and smiling. The view from our balcony was just surreal.

Room service me u doesn't reflect what is actually available to order which made waiting for PCR results a little difficult. Breakfast buffet was also quite limited but with only 4 rooms booked in this beautiful hotel, I can understand that they would have a fully operational kitchen.

We stayed at Krabi Tipa for 6 nights and loved every minute. Such a beautifu, well kept resort. The infinity pool is stunning as well. The rooms are big with nice decor, and we had a balcony with a sea view. Housekeeping came every day as well. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always on call at reception. Really good value for the price as well. If I come back to Ao Nang I will certainly book here.

The hotel is perfectly located & fantastic views especially from the higher hilltop rooms. Great pools especially the larger one. And a good choice for breakfast.

A hotel this size should have a proper gym. They have a space with a few weights & an old treadmill & bike. But they should definitely invest in proper gym equipment. And provide towels & a water dispenser.

Great room and pools and location.

Breakfast was expensive so didn’t try it. The bathroom shower area flooded the bathroom floor when used which wasn’t good. More toilet roll should be provided only the one roll in the holder is given and if it runs out during the night, there’s no replacement! Communal areas and communal toilets did not appear to be maintained; toilet roll had to be taken from the men’s as there wasn’t any in the women’s!
