Comfy bed ,great staff ,rooftop pool Great location

We had breakfast one morning and the eggs were over cooked but Luke warm like it had been stood on the side ages ,tomatoes were cold too and the bacon .,we sent the breakfast back expecting a fresh one and all they did was stick it in the microwave so the eggs were even more overcooked, should have given us a fresh breakfast or a voucher to use on another day ,we had to leave the breakfast as it was inedible

The crazy price for a coffee in their coffee shop. In fact a lot of their food was overpriced. Just Cross the street and eat there.

Fantastic family room which provided a very comfortable stay for us while in Ao Nang. Pool is fab on the rooftop although no lifeguard so please take care. Gave great views of mountains and the sea, especially during the storms too although we did make a swift exit once we saw the lightning in the sky 😅 Breakfast was fantastic and provided by The Coffee Club so this was a real highlight for me. Room was comfortable, with air con and cleaned daily. Hotel in a really fantastic location and close by to the main road with all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Ideally located few metres away (about 4-5mins walk) from Ao Nang Beach. Staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. There’s a cafe in the lobby, which serves some really good food and coffee, it also serves as a co working space which is excellent! Breakfast is really good. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious and very clean. They even give you towels to take to the beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops around, 7/11 is about 100metres away, there’s a great massage spa centre just adjacent.

1. The location are very strategic. Food shop / vendor are everywhere. 7E also near. Thai massage just next door to the hotel main entrance. 2. I loveeees the breakfast! Superb yums & many choices. I love the flat coffee! Must try! 3. I got family room as I requested. Bunk bed for my kids & king sized bed for me & my husband. My in laws got queen sized bed. My (fil) got single bed. Even we are not next to each other but we are at the same level. Acceptable! 4. The linen / sheet & towel changes everyday. Fresh. 5. Swimming pool at the top of the hotel.

1. The water pressure are very slow. I need to wash my hair longer than I use to.

The location is perfect. It's on the main street in Ao nang with everything you need downstairs or within walking distance, such as grocery stores, clothing shops, massage parlours, restaurants and the beach. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. Rooms have balconies and the views from the room were amazing. Kids were thrilled to have a huge slide in the building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was great value for money.

The building is old and could use an update. Especially the bathrooms. There were issues with our shower, but once the staff were informed, they sorted it out straight away. Other than the huge slide, there isn't much for the kids. The rooftop pool is small but the views from the top are amazing and with the beach only a few minutes walk away, you will hardly use it.

Good for backpackers who are also looking for a cute little stay for a cheap price!

Our Aircon was a bit old, rusty and noisy. For light sleepers might be a little difficult to sleep here because there is some construction on the side and on the opposite side of the road, there’s an entertainment alley with super loud music playing evening onwards.

I didn't take the breakfast package. My friends and I were very satisfied staying at Kokotel Aonang. At first the air conditioner in our room was broken, someone fixed it. But it still can't be fixed. So, the staff gave us another room, and it was very nice. Whenever there is a problem, they cooperate. We are very satisfied with their service. And the most important thing is, this hotel is very close to 7-11, watsons, muslim/muslimah massage, very close to the beach, but not noisy. There is a booth in front of the hotel where we can recommend activities while in Krabi. Orang Pattani and can speak Malay. Good and cheerful. We also rented a motorbike for 2 days here, it's easy to go for a walk. If there is more sustenance, we will stay here again because everything is easy. Okay, that's all I can share. it has the best location around 5 mins to Ao nang beach. there is plenty of restaurants around the hotel and also the public bike just across the road. the room was clean and still feel like new. Staff was all nice. There is a Coffee club at the 1st floor which is where you eat your breakfast. You can choose the breakfast menu ,free coffee and fruits from Coffee club if you choose to buy room with breakfast. Recommend and defintiely come back. Cheap price with high quality. recommend to book for the mountain view

there is also many pubs on the streets across the road. so the noise was loud at night until 1 am. it is not that loud but you can still hear it from the room. if you wish to get quiet room you should book for the carpark side but you can not see the mountain view.
