Staff were very hospitable and happy to give advice and arrange everything. Room was large with a magnificent view of the Ao Nang Bay. Location was excellent. Very close to the centre, a short 100m walk to the beach and night markets, but located off the Main street, so it was extremely quiet.

We are really not understanding the negative reviews.. we had a wonderful stay here! The location is spot on! It is literally 3 minutes to the beach. The rooms were recently refurbished and are spacious. Also the bathroom was new and great. The bed was comfortable and the A/C looked old, but is working totally fine. The TV is very old, but who needs that anyway? We stayed in a lot of hotels across Thailand the past weeks and this one was one of the cleanest! The Wi-Fi was working perfectly fine. We are definitely recommending staying here :) When we checked out, we had a problem with our transfer and even though we booked it online, the receptionist was super helpful and even called them to help us. 10/10.

loved the location-5 minutes from beach, bus stop, ATM. we were given a room opposite a building site at first, but on complaining got a fab view from 3rd floor. great shower and clean room. the lady who runs the hote is vety hrlpful as is her extended family

the hotel has no security so anyone can walk in off the street. we stayed 4 nights and on 2 of those nights, someone was banging on our door in the early hours

Great hotel with cheap prices if you're looking for a place that is central for going on excoursions, trips and shopping or bar hopping. The staff is friendly too.

Sadly there were some other tourists leaving a mess in the stairway once, but that is not the hotel's fault. Also there was no elevator, on the other hand that was good for exercising a little during our stay.

Room was spacious and very clean, with a small balcony with some view. It's just off the main street, so you can be in the party area in 2 minutes, but still have a good night of sleep

Fridge turns off when the key is not in the room switch, so basically it's impossible to keep things cold Reception is actually at the hotel next-door, PK Mansion

Excellent location near to restaurants and bars. 300m to the beach. Nice rooms. I had an issue with the water heater breaking down in the bathroom. So the kind staff just relocated me to another room. No noise at night here from bars etc. So peaceful sleep!

Cosy room & large,location is perfect & yet calm no disturbance at all! Very friendly owner as the receptionist & the cleaning Lady. There’s really no need to change the towels everyday let’s thing about the amount of detergent used each day by so many hotels worldwide! Great stay will be back thank you!

The staff were very kind and helpful, the room had a view of the sea and garden we didn't expect, we could lay in bed and watch the squirrels. Room was basic but comfortable and clean, hot water too. Our aircon stopped working but the staff kindly moved our room to a room with a/c that worked great. We were overall really happy, great location and good value for money would 10/10 stay again.

Property was in central location, rooms are good size with fridge, balcony, and good A/C. Bed and bathroom were clean.

the floor could have been cleaner. there were hairs all over - kind of looked like they’d been hid under the curtain and exposed when we pulled them across. didn’t seem to be any better the third day when we requested house keeping. shower water temperature was fairly cold
