Very friendly receptionist and check I. process. Location was great, close to everything and transportation. The room was clean and spacious for 3 of us with 2 bathrooms.

The only complaint I have is tha using the hair dryer causes an electrical outage of all of the lights in the room.

Fantastic location - Close to all tourist locations ( old town to Jet a' deu , English Garden - with flower clock, UN Buildings - Palais of Nations, Patek Philippe museum, night clubs , we are in central business district - so lots of shops, migros-coops, foodhall nearby for daily requirements , Swisscom for SIM card is 2 min walk, Swiss watches boutiques are all nearby. Hotel - Hospitality was very warm and helpful . Thanks to staff. Cleanliness is maintained with daily cleaning of room. Yes A/C works very well ...helpful in June / July weather. Traveled in June 2nd week 2023.

Rooms are small 15m2. But good enough to fit 2 ppl. We were 3 in the family . For the price we paid, we were fine with the room size. No kettle in room for morning coffee/tea.

Location, location, location, right at the bottom of Old Town, 10 minute walk to lake, right by public transport, lots of restaurants/bars, supermarkets and shops right outside the door. We originally booked the small double room, but decided to upgrade to the triple room, which is very big. The receptionist was so super nice, she had no problem with the change of rooms after she already checked us in to the double room. I asked for 2 additional pillows and received them right away. The staff really goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room has a large bed (my husband is 6’4), blackout curtains, TV, 2 tables with chairs, extra blanket, AC, 3 closest with lots of storage. A large (for Europe) balcony, you can easily put 2 chairs outside). 2 bathrooms with large showers that have great hot water pressure. Wi-Fi is great. They also offer free public transport card, which you sign up electronically and receive via email. The building has an elevation, which takes you to the 6 floor where the reception is as well as our room. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and stay here again.

Whilst it seemed a little odd going into a small shopping centre to find the hotel, once onto the floor from the lift it made no difference and was easy to find. It was set in the heart of Old town which was perfect for our needs, easy walk from the station and bus routes. Because it was on the 6th floor any city noice was somewhat muted and non-intrusive, along with the balcony it offered a way of being part of the life of but from a safe distance. Staff were hugely informative of how to access buses for the airport in the morning and generally very helpful.

My only issue was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities which I think are essential, especially for us Brits! I was tired and feeling unwell so going out to find a hot drink felt too much. But reception gave me a hot mug of water from their staff room to make my own.

Room was fairly spacious and had a little balcony. Furnishings and amenities all exceeded our expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great; the sights we wanted to see were all nearby. The street was fairly noisy in the evenings, but when we closed the balcony doors, the room was amazingly quiet.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Entering the room through the bathroom was unusual to us, as Americans, but the bathroom was well laid out.

We had a junior suite with a small balcony. Large room. Great staff. Good security. No breakfast but they have a deal worked out with the restaurant next door to give you a breakfast at a reasonable price. Great location near sightseeing . Stores and restaurants. You get a local travel pass for free emailed to you the day before.

A little far from the train with luggage although there are plenty of free transportation options available and we walked it anyway. Had easy transport to airport.

Wonderful third visit at this centrally located hotel! Staff was very nice and helpful! I stayed in the Junior Suite and it was amazing! On the sixth floor and it has great views from the wrap around corner balcony! You can see the three towers of the St. Pierre Cathedral from the balcony! The bedroom, living room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable! Beautiful light pours in from the four balcony door windows! Very nice furniture and decor! You feel very relaxed in this Suite! The main shopping street is just 30 seconds from the hotel! I always enjoy my stay here! Thanks again! 😊

If you're staying on the weekend, you might encounter some late night noise from the people and cars down below! The hotel does provide earplugs in the room, if needed!

The balcony was a lovely touch and considering the affordability, what you get for the price was really good. The staff were all really lovely and friendly too, even holding my backpack for me on my travel days!

The shower was a little bit on the smaller side! But it did the job just fine. I didn't spend much time in the room because I was out exploring, so it was basic, but that's all I needed!

Location was easy to find, staff was super friendly and helpful. We got a message shortly before check-in that told us where to go to check in, which is nice because that was the top floor of the building.

Bathrooms are very small. I understand that the building is very old and adding bathrooms is difficult, though. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

The location is great! It’s right in the best spot for walking everywhere and for getting on transportation. We did lots of both. The balcony view was wonderful and the city is perfectly quiet around 9pm. Such a quality of life in Geneva.

The elevator is small, but they have one. No breakfast or even coffee available but we found a great place.
