the 2 rooms, separated by a common living room, so both my co-worker and I had our privacy, and comfort. Not sure about his room, but both mine and the living room have a fridge.

There are charging stations for electric cars in the garage, but I couldn't get it to work. The rate was indicated at -.38 per kw, which is very good! OTOH, 25.- for overnight parking is pretty steep!

The location is perfect. Although it’s not in Bern but trains can take you the Bern bahnhof in few minutes. and also from the station Ostermundigen you can travel to Thun and other cities, the station is just in front of the hotel. Rooms are quite large for that amount according to euro norms, quite modern I would say.

Internet has a issue but staffs were so kind to offer me a room with good internet connection. it’s still okayish. you can watch videos and Netflix but upload speed is very slow which means you won’t be able to upload something at ease. But it’s not critical if you need just internet to watch something.

Gabor at the desk had his eye on everything but was never too busy to help me plan my day there! From getting the bus / train pass to visiting the Rose Garden and giving me a map. He also made sure I got an item of clothing back that I had left in the room after checking out. Such welcoming and helpful attention made all the difference in the world!

Instead of instant coffee in the room, a simple pod coffee maker would have been appreciated.

I stayed in Harry’s for 5 nights and felt at home. Amazing decor, clean, elegant, location is superb. Their staff are all super polite and helpful. Hotel is just built in April 2022, hence it is very new and clean. It is just a 10mins bus ride to Bern Clocktower and city. It’s also very near a very nice pizzeria. There is also house keeping everyday.

I booked a two room apartment and stayed there for 5 nights. I loved it overall. Some feedback for improvements, the main living area is a bit too dark for me to do work at night, please have more lights. Some of the equipments and appliances need improvement. For example the TV has no YouTube and Netflix apps, there is a lack of a proper Nespresso coffee which is very common in Switzerland’s hotels and apartments.

Harry's Home is in a multi-storey block; for certain Bern's highest, although situated just outside the not extensive municipal limits; i.e. in Ostermundigen. Getting there, and back into the City Centre, posed no difficulty thanks to the no. 10 bus, which has stops on Kornhaus-/Theaterplatz (by the famous clock tower) and main station. This hotel is brand new, so ultra clean and virtually unused. Sadly, it occupies only the first five or so floors of the skyscraper tower, hence no dramatic views towards the Swiss capital, but rather of Ostermundigen railway station and glass wall of offices that blocked out most of the view. Still, no real complaints, since the room was comfortable and super quiet (much like all the places we stayed at in Switzerland, or otherwise just across the French border). That is, except regarding the price which, per night, exceeded all other places we stayed at - but Bern is expensive (and probably somewhat stuck-up) compared to anywhere else we visited.

Just the price. (I imagine this is more the kind of place for business people and at least average well-off Swiss citizens).

the rooms were very aesthetically done ( minimalist modern design ), very clean, bathrooms were very neat and clean as well and there is daily cleaning service, Gabor the manager and his team are excellent and very friendly. as for location be aware that ostermundigen is Bern and is one station away, though the ostermundigen station is only a stone’s throw away like less than 100 meters ( maybe even less takes about 1 minute) and is well serviced by regular trains to bern

the breakfast is very expensive and Netflix was not working, I was unable to connect my iPhone or iPad to stream it and the TV does not have the Netflix app enabled for security reasons.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice big rooms with elevator access. Modern and spotlessly clean. Good shower. Laundry facilities were excellent and very helpful during travels as this isn't something you find in hotels often. Close to Ostermundigen train station and bus stop.

Only paper cups in room which is annoying and not very environmentally friendly. Breakfast is good, but perhaps a bit overpriced compared to what you get at other hotels. But aside from these very minor things, it is the perfect place to stay during a trip to Bern. Highly recommend.

Harry's was a 2 minute walk from the train station and reception has extended opening hours. The room was well laid out, bed very comfortable and there is also a couch. The reception staff were outstanding and helped us store some wine which needed to be kept cold. The book exchange with some great English tiles was a bonus. The laundry room was also a plus: a load of washing only 2CHF, as was the dryer.

The location is really great for those not willing to spend big to stay in the center of Bern. The 10 bus goes every 5-10 minutes and drops you off right at the train station and city center. Even though it was snowy during our stay, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful, even helping us find a fondue place for dinner when our efforts alone couldnt crack the code. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Bern.
