Good size room with balcony looking to the station. There was 2 little issue with the bathroom but the lady's on duty fixed it immediately with the translation help of the recepti

There were no noise from the streets. But the rooms are not noise isolated from each other. I woke up at the first night 1:10. Somebody was chanting and drumming. Another guest told him shut up. After that he became quite. Same night at 3:30 a man and woman started to speak to each other. The man voice was very strong. They stopped to speak after 20 minutes

I feel like this hotel was a great little find. It's a few steps from the main train station and a ton of restaurants/cafes. We could basically start our walking tours by walking out the door of the hotel. We had a room on the interior of the ~courtyard, and it was surprisingly quiet, given that the other side of the hotel faces a main street. I interacted with 3 different staff people, and they were all super friendly. Anyway, if a friend wanted to stay here, I'd encourage them to do so.

The hotel has a very good location right next to the train station and right next to the old city centre, and most of the city landmarks can be reached on foot. The room was clean but a bit dated. The staff was helpful.

The room we stayed in does not have air conditioning. This may not be a disadvantage, but we were there at the beginning of August when the temperatures were above 30 °C and it was uncomfortably hot in the room. We were given a fan by the staff but it only helped a little. We reported a fault with the electrical outlet, but it was not fixed for our stay (it was only two nights stay, though). This was a problem because there are relatively few electrical sockets for a triple room.

The location is good, very near the train and bus station. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room is wide enough to accommodate 3 persons. A kettle, hair dryer are provided in the room. As well as ticket for public transportation.

The hotel should provide more bathroom utilities such as shower cap, more shelves in the bath room.

The Hotel is very near to the Main station. The staff are kind and friendly. Inside the room ....everything is very clean, the bathroom , the bed and cup for coffee....are clean. The staff also give us free tickets for the tram and public transportation.

I dont know what I didnt like :) :) I think I dont have any :D. One thing is I forget things that I put in the luggage room. I bought L'occitane cosmetics and I left there :( I stil thinking maybe I can ask someone that I know maybe in Bern or in holiday in Switzerland to take it soon. The staff said that they will keep it until 2 months. Stil find someone that will go there.

This hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the international train station. This was perfect for my needs as I was coming from Italy to enjoy a one night stay in Switzerland's capitol city before taking a direct train to Zürich airport.

The proximity to the train station and the easy check in process. I was able to check in about 1.5hr early at no extra cost. This was very helpful for saving money on left luggage costs.

Great staff! Dario went out of his way to provide excellent service. He made us feel welcome, attended to our needs and provided us with very good instructions on finding a safe swimming spot in the Aares River. The hotel’s central location was within easy walking distance to the main attractions of the old town and various public transportation. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is perfectly located, and only a few steps from Bern's main train station. The room was big, and clean and very functional. The mattress was a little bit too soft for me, but this is mainly my problem, not the hotel's. I liked the view over the square in front of the train station, and the fact that it was quiet despite its proximity to the central tram stops. The price for the room is unbeatable compared to the other hotels in town.

The rooms could probably be better isolated. I could hear my neighbour talk on the phone, but then, he had quite a loud voice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Room cleaning ladies were amazing, Good and friendly. Very near all travel connections.

Location of room. All I saw was a roof. My booking stated..Facing the City...this was not the city. On arrival, to my room, there was long hair in the basin. Next morning to shower, there was no Shower Gel. It was empty. I had to ask a lady cleaner to sort it out.
