Privato Ortigas - Multiple Use Hotel

The hotel gave us a free brownie upon check-in! We could ask for room cleaning even in the afternoon. The hotel breakfast is actually great (but you can't know when it's a buffet or fixed menu)

The walls were kind of thin, it was easy to hear the others. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was awful, the driver didn't know the way and took the wrong turn multiple times, he didn't think of using his phone for directions and we had to guide him ourselves with google maps. There's a police station in the proximity of the hotel so you will hear multiple sirens throughout the day.

The staff and management are remarkable! They addressed my concerns immediately. Breakfast was plated (honey roasted chicken, veggies and sarciadong tilapia) which was unusual, but surprisingly good. It was cooked well and good for a healthy diet. Location was perfect since I only need to cross the street to get to the shopping mall.

I wish the room comes with a small dining table and chair/s. Big help for people on their laptops who needs enough space for food while working. I requested these from the front desk, and it was good that they were able to provide me a small table and extra chair quickly.

The friendly staff and thier service. Location is easy. Even the Security gurad you feel safe. The room is comfortable and very reasonable price. Highly reccomended

Only one thing is the food for breakfast. The price and choices plus food is not that hot and a bit warm only. Very dissapointed. I dont mind to pay more if food has variety of choices especially us who is balikbayan. Only this dissapointed us.

The staffs are helpful and respectful. They always insist helping me carrying heavy luggages and let us borrow umbrellas when it rains.

Unlike BSA Twin Towers where you can just go straight to the mall in less than a minute, the location is a bit far from the main malls. I stayed in 22nd floor and would always here the cars speeding up and their horns. it’s not sound proof and can wake you up during the night.

The staff were friendly and nice. They gave us a room upgrade. The hotel was nice enough to accept my request of modifying the dates of our reservation twice.

I was not informed by the 3rd party agency that they excluded breakfast from the package when I had to modify the dates of our reservation. We were very disappointed by this. Lack of communication.

I booked an accommodation for my mom and my sister. At first, they were a bit uncomfortable because the room we booked was too small. When we told the staff about our concern, they immediately gave us an upgrade at no additional cost. The room was big and beds are comfortable. The staff are all approachable and accommodating. My mom and my sister are happy and they enjoyed their stay at the hotel.

The photo on booking.com of executive twin bedroom is a bit misleading for those who do not know how big 21sqm is. I admit that there is also a mistake on my part that I did not check how big the 21sqm is, I just relied on the photo that looks a little wider than the actual room. That is why I booked the smallest room believing that it will be comfortable enough to stay for my mom and my sister.

I love our stay here. Staffs are very nice and polite specially Ms.Lady.. We booked this for our honey moon they give us complimentary . The room and facilities are clean and well maintained . We love the view from our room . Foods in the buffet was good as well. Thank you so much we really enjoy our stay here.. We will recommend this to our family and friends, until next time .

The staff are very helpful and accommodating

The room i had does not have a working table, i asked for one but there’s none available, i don’t have a place to put my food when i eat in the room. There’s small ants everywhere including the bed, i had bug bites. I paid for3 nights but stayed only for 2 because of the bugs situation. But the staff accommodated my request for late checkout at least.

The location is good. Near Capitol Commons and St Francis church. There is available parking space. The design of the lobby is modern and nice.

Our pillowcase (room 2009) smelled like it was not changed. We had to ask housekeeping to change the pillowcases. They smelled like they have just been used by the previous guests. It was a bit disappointing.

Although limited services due to Covid rules the staff was phenominal in their hospitality. Arvin in Privato was like being greeted by a good friend each morning with his respectful and hospitable character.

Beds were not very soft and as such had some back pain but still a good nights rest.
