Smooth check in/out. Good value for money. Amazing staffs, very accommodating wearing there smile always. Great location as its just few steps from the transport stations like MRT, Jeepney, Grab, Trike, Taxi and more. Easy to find. Got reminders via email and app notifications which are very useful. No slippers but no biggie issue. I find it cool walking bare footed. :)

The staff were pleasant and very Helpful. Rooms are a good size and bed was comfortable with two nice pillows+++ Lounging area was nice and comfortable with water and tea available 24/7. Location was accessible to all conveniences such as Malls, local eatery’s, laundry svc transportation etc…

Bathroom and rooms could be cleaned more when there is high volume of travelers. Only 2 showers/toilets for males which can be busy. Had to take shower at 5 am to beat the rush. A bit noisy outside but it’s understandable knowing Manila is the most densely populated city in the world.

Comfy bed, clean, sockets by the bed, 2 good pillows, aircon in the rooms, nice toilets with separate showers, hot water, light breakfast included. Staff are super quick to respond on WhatsApp, and lent me an adapter at very short notice, and for free. Nice common spaces. Good WiFi. Hostel is a 7 min walk from a huge mall, and a 20 min walk from a nice vegan restaurant. Defo recommend - really good value for money.

Location is really far from any of the touristy stuff/things to see. It's a 45m-1hr drive from the airport, which is not a problem. But from the hostel to anything you might wanna do or see (aka intramuros, China Town) it's at least 50 minutes in the car.

I had a check-in at 3 a.m. and I communicated with the hostel through bookings.com and email and they were fantastic with their instructions and very welcoming the next morning. They provided a quick tour, and water, coffee and tea were always available and even clean towels.

Honestly, I cannot complain, the only thing I can think of was the aircon was too cold but I had to consider my other room mates and after speaking to some of the room mates we got to turn the aircon up, there is always a win with good communication.

Great hostel, clean, with a cozy common area and friendly & helpful staff. Good for socializing with like-minded guests. They offer a simple breakfast with jams & peanut butter with free tea or/and coffee.You can also use microwave. But comfortable!

Room (8-bed female dorm) was a bit small and beds are quite narrow. Location: it’s 1 hour MRT&LRT to Intramuros but Shaw Boulevard station is 2 mins walk. You receive MANY emails, be prepared 😂 very warm in the bathroom.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, lobby, room, bed, shower, toilet etc. They have free toiletries, They have free and unlimited coffee and snacks. They also have a hot and cold water always accessible plus a toaster and a microwave. The rooms have lockers for valuables (not very common on the Philippines in my experience) They let you leave your baggage and suitcase with them, even for days after check out. They offer boardgames, book exchange or travel guides. You have everything near by, food options, restaurants, convenience, atm, barber, laundry etc. All the details are perfect, they know your name from the moment you enter, your bed and shoe storage has your name on it before check in. Extending your stay is also super easy.

The wifi is a bit shaky, not very stable. The lobby has no air conditioning and it gets very very hot in there, its the only place you are allowed to work or eat so you can't avoid using this space... The check in and out hours are very limited so you have to pay extra if you cant arrive on the given times. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the night in the lobby Its not near any tourist attractions

Great place to stay in Manila; I visited twice and would be my first port of call if I need somewhere in the city again. Lovely little friendly hostel. Staff are so kind and helpful; providing house shoes free of charge to all guests, offering extra blankets at no additional cost if guests are cold at night. Free self-service tea and coffee is provided all day in the social area which has a lovely vibe and perfect level chilled-out background music. Brilliant location within walking distance of plenty of eateries, shops and facilities (launderette minutes away) and major train station for quick access to basically anywhere else in the city. Would highly recommend!!

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hostel is clean enough considering the number of staying guests. The shower had fantastic water pressure and could run really hot, and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. A simple breakfast was included in the price. The location was also fantastic, being close to many eating options and malls, as well as the metro station, while at the same time being on a quiet street. Overall, it's great value for money.

The bathroom always seemed to run out of toilet paper and the room smelled a bit musty.
