Richmonde Hotel Ortigas

I like the location and the value for money. I love the view outside.The staffs are polite and helpful. I commend the security guard who assisted us brought our luggages in our room and to Mr. Richard (staff) who was so helpful with our needs.

I didn't like the faucet in the toilet sink as the water is splashing unevenly that makes me wet. It needs to be repaired. I can see that the toilet is small and the bath tub is little old.

Centrally located in Ortigas above a Mall.

It is beginning to show its age and I think most resources are being given to the Crowne Plaza next door and part of the same group. The shower was problematic in that you waited ages for a dribble of hot water and then d with cold turned it icy again, we had maintenance look at it but it really didn’t solve the problem. You have to step into the bath to have a shower, those with infirmities could have a problem.

The Location and the Staff from Security officers, Door staffs, concierge, Reception ,Housekeeping and the Gym attendant all were fabulous 👌 not to complain but to thank everyone Superb.

Room is good and cleaned well, but the Bathroom too small and the Shower Hot water mixer doesn't work properly and they tried to fix but still the same and the shower head was faulty, water is too pressure no wayto take shower it will torn the skin please change it. This is not to complain but to rectify. Other than everything was fine Thank you and will come again.

The breakfast offered. I have stayed at the Richmonde Hotel - Ortigas over the past several years. There has been a significant deterioration in the Breakfast menu (for which used to be a highlight of this hotel)

It was our first time to stay in this hotel and we have booked for 1 room.. We were so lucky to get a 2 bedroom suite upgrade with lounge and kitchen upon check in. It was such a restful stay after a long day. Hope to stay here again with the family in our next visit to the Philippines.

I stayed in the Richmonde back in 2015 and was taken with the old world charm. yes, it’s starting to look dated but it’s super clean, the staff are exceptional, great location, very safe and secure and incredible value for money

breakfast on day 3 of my stay didn’t have all the usual breakfast eats the other days did. not sure if that was a possible supply problem.

i think price for the breakfast is not worth it. The selection is very few. Bacon is not well-cooked or similar to other hotels'.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable, area was within walking distance of several malls with plenty of places to eat. staff and security were very friendly.

This is an old hotel but you can still feel the elegance and comfort that you are looking on a 5 star hotel. The staff are very polite and responsive to all my concerns. I also love the buffet breakfast.

I asked a favor if they can print me a 1 page document for my overseas trip and they are charging me 35 pesos for it.
