the heated pool was great and the staff at the pool/at the table by the pool entrance were very friendly and welcoming

from the time we checked-in we didn't feel the warm hospitality one would usually experience staying at 4/5 star hotels..not sure if this is their way of making their hotel as 'posh'..there can be improvements in the room amenities like items that aren't available compared to other hotels..and improvements with the hotel hospitality but maybe they have too much other things available at the property such as fancy restaurants etc that the hotel side is not as focused

Breakfast was ok, not very great. 1. Vegetarian section was good. but chips or bread run out and refill was not done. 2. The pastries were great. 3. Ham was nice 4. Meat cold cuts were great

Breakfast was ok, not very great. 1. Dimsum area doesnt have the basic dimsum offerings ie siomai. The congee was very plain. The condiment area for congee doesnt have soy sauce or fish sauce. 2. The watermelon juice was terrible, i dont know if it was spoiled or not, it tasted awful, other people eating also returned their drink. 3. Only fish dish was the fried bangus. Maybe you can add smoked salmon to the cold cuts.

Breakfast had excellent range of choices. We would definitely rank it as one of the best breakfasts we've had in the Philippines. Having the Club Access was also great! Staff are very friendly and open to feedbacks. Location is also excellent being right next to Uptown Mall and very close to High Street, SM Aura and Makati.

As I have relayed to one of your staff, some can be a bit too familiar and disrespectful of guest's preference to be undisturbed during meals or when someone's on their phone. They are trying to be friendly but not at the right time... but, overall, a great experience and will recommend to family and friends.

Very Luxury hotel and location is the best , all resturants , shops nearby including a large famous mall called uptown mall. The staff all very kind and welcoming from the security enterance, bell boys and the reception I felt like a family staying in the hotel with really all smiles everyday. Rooms are so clean and well furnished and house keeping top standard. Lobby set is very spacious and nice decorations..I Thanks all the reception staff for their kindness and hospitality especially Mr Sai and the two Mr Matt. High floor The peak which has a resturant with nice view and entertainment I highly recommend too. The gym and pool was excellent I must thank Mrs Bev and Mr Orlando there for the all their nice welcoming and help in everything and Mr Francis in the pool. It was a really awesome stay and would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel

Being Grand Hyatt, it speaks for itself with the legacy that it had set upon itself. Truly a 5 star hotel in a future ready district in Bonifacio Global City, with walking accessibility to nearby high end malls with bars, restaurants and retail stores. Especially loved the vicinity as you will not miss not hearing the usual and noisy 'honk' of cars along the busy stretch of roads in other parts of the city. Buses, jeepneys and tricycles are not allowed. In turns, smoother traffic (probably due to COVID restrictions as well), and a more healthier, cleaner air in the vicinity. Loved the elegant and grand layout of the hotel lobby filled with smiley and wonderful staff, ever ready to support your needs. Check in was relatively smooth and fast, and to note, what we are actually paying for is mostly for the exceptional services of what makes a hotel 5 stars. Do not miss visiting the Pool Deck on L6, The Peak (Do reserve as it is always full), at Level 60 and going for a quick chat / meeting? Use The Lounge at Mezzanine level. Rooms are absolutely fantastic, (I booked a Grand King and a Grand Double) - similar layout except that King offers more for a business traveler with a working desk table.

Man, i wished i could say so but this will be biased - I am a smoker and I hope that they will come out with smoking rooms in future. Currently smokers have to get dressed, proceed to level 1 outside the hotel for their quick smoke. Inconvenient granted that it is a high hotel with rooms above 35th to 56th floor.

As we stepped into the luxurious lobby, we were greeted by a performance from a singer and a pianist which made the check-in process extra special. All of the staff were warm, welcoming, polite, professional, and helpful. Our Grand King room was spacious and was equipped with extra amenities like a mini fridge, espresso maker, a bathtub, bottled water, snacks, toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, etc. I like that the toilet was separate from the shower & tub and we had a small walk-in closet. We stayed on the 41st floor and the view was spectacular. The cocktails and food at The Lounge were excellent. Lastly, I like that the hotel is steps away from Uptown Mall and Uptown Parade.

I think it's expected that food and drinks at a 5-star hotel would be expensive so I can't really fault them for that. The only thing I didn't like was that The Peak Grill was closed Sunday and Monday which were the only nights we stayed there. We were planning to have dinner there to celebrate our engagement on Sunday but found out it was closed so we had dinner at The Lounge instead.

Stayed for 3D2N for our wedding anniversary. The facilities were great as expected, we were asked to present our vaccination cards not sure if this is mandatory for all guests. We stayed in the 53rd floor, the room was big, we had a little living area and you can open the doors to the bathtub to watch tv. The view was also cool. I also like the fact that the toilet is separated from the bath. They have good water pressure. Their toiletries were Balmain Paris if you’re wondering. Wifi is also reliable. My absolute favorite is the bed! It was probably the most comfortable bed I had ever been on! Slept like a baby! It’s like its hugging your whole body while lying, it’s that comfy. I could sleep and lay in that bed for hours straight haha! Staff was also kind enough to give us a complimentary cake and champagne since its our anniversary (not expected, but it was a sweet gesture) the cake was really good though. Room service was ok, price point was a bit higher than usual, food was good. There is a restaurant at the top called ‘The Peak’ but we didn’t get to try it during our stay. They also have an in-house Spa (expensive) we did not try it anymore. Complimentary breakfast was served at the 2nd floor, not sure if it used to be a buffet style before the pandemic happened but now, you are presented with a menu card and you can just order whatever you like from their breakfast menu. Food was good, although the portions were a bit small. Location of the hotel was very convenient, walking distance to Uptown Mall and many many restaurants in BGC. The hotel was perfect for a quick staycation and we really enjoyed and felt safe during our stay. Will definitely be back soon.

I didn’t know that local calls using their landline is not free. I was a bit surprised that they still charged that, I would’ve used my personal mobile instead. Their rooms have big smart TVs but you can’t even use its smart features (it was pre programmed to just show cable channels, and the hotel information) it would’ve been nice if it had Netflix because who watches cable tv nowadays? hahaha.

Located in BGC, steps from Uptown mall if you want a change from the hotel food. That said, the breakfast buffet in the hotel's Grand Kitchen is awesome. Food is amazing. I'm still thinking about it. Service was fantastic all around and the staff is great. Hope they are being paid well! There's also a separate pool for kids which my toddler loved.

The room layout is weird but its not a dealbreaker. We got one with 2 double beds.

rooms were clean, spacious, & had a wonderful view.

had to park at basement 3 only to find out that the elevator on that level has no access to the lobby (and there were no signs at all - had to wait a while to figure out that the elevator does not come down to that level at all) then had to go back to basment 2 to get to the lobby. breakfast had limited choices at 930am, dining room was crowded and staff were already packing down some of the buffet items with 1 hour to go, good food though.

The layout of the room was very much different (in a very nice way) from any other 5-star hotel we've been to. The bed and the pillows are so comfortable that I had a hard time getting up from the bed. The staff in the front desk is so kind enough to upgrade our room without any additional charge after he knew about us celebrating our anniversary.

I hope they could upgrade their TV to smart TV.. We stayed during a pandemic so we did not enjoy the breakfast as much as we did pre-pandemic
