Breakfast Buffet was the worst I ever had. it will take you 30 minutes to receive 3 eggs of Sunny Side Up. Poor managerial planning from buffet manager. She seems also a senior citizen, meaning maybe slow on thinking and logistic planning. Stayed 5 nights and each morning of breakfast buffet was the same issue. Well, at least they were consistent on that area of 30 minute wait for a 3 egg sunny side up. By the way, my wife and I would order espresso and capuccino but would always get different order as requested.

Big and comfortable bed. Tv has plenty of channels. There's a bathtub. Spacious living room and complimentary Nespresso. There's also kitchen and purified water in gallon. Good location. Great service staff. Gym has complete equipment. Good choice of drinks for breakfast. Monday breakfast has better food than on a Sunday (more fruits, more choices).

My room was beside the next building that has a bar. I heard the loud noise coming from it on a Saturday night so stay away the southern portion of the hotel. Don't bother lighting up the clean my room button because I wasn't informed that one needs to inform guest services in advance that the room needs housekeeping. Bathtub water is not warm enough to have the relaxing bath needed after a tiring day or week.

Our suite had a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, toasted, water heater with tea and sugar, and a nespresso machine. Full size refrigerator and washer and dryer. Super convenient. All the while I thought room cleaning is only 3x a week and with an exception for Sunday and holidays. But the cleaning lady always stops by to check if we needed our room cleaned. Most of the time we just really needed our trash to be collected. Breakfast options were great. I loved that they change selections daily. 1 day I was able to eat Danggit (small dried fish). Coffee was also good. The location is superb just across One Bonifacio high street mall. And other malls and restaurants closeby. The staff are great. Always welcoming us with a smile.

We requested for airport transport during our departure. We were waiting for them to call us, or anticipating someone with ring the bell to collect our luggages. Unfortunately we didn't hear anything and brought all our luggages in the lobby ourselves.

Ascott was a nice surprise. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and got upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Thank you Ascott. We are a family of 5 and we were definitely comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. The kitchen was well equipped, which also includes a washer and dryer. The breakfast was excellent, great variety of food. Very convenient location. We walked to the nearby mall and restaurants. The pool was small but our boys enjoyed their morning swims. Would definitely stay here again or will try their other location in Makati.

The room was clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. One thing that I enjoyed very much was the shower. After a long day out, coming back to the room and hit the shower was the best feeling ever! the water temperature and pressure was just perfect. The bed comfort cannot be beat! I took the advantage to use the gym. The gym are well maintained and all equipment are in good condition. The buffet breakfast served local and international cuisine, it’s not much but enjoyable. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Walkable to the nearest malls and cafes surrounding the hotel. Excellent property and very convenient to get around. Overall, I had a great experience with the Ascott BGC, staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. The room was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to have any celebration.

the property although a little old was great. The suites are huge with washing machines (detergent included) and drinking water, a full kitchenette with utensils. Staff were super friendly. My suitcase lock got jammed and they sent an engineer to fix it for me. The location is great - convenient to everything and right across the road from fort Shang. Grabs to and from the hotel are a bit of a pain in the ass tho - would recommend pre booking or walking where you can.

The Ascot is excellent value for money. We've stayed in Makati Diamon, Discovery Primera, The Grand Hyatt and Shagri-La and can safely say that the Ascot kills in value when compared to its competition. The room was spacious and for a small fee we upgraded from the Studio to the one Bedroom. It's fully contained with microwave, coffee, tea, water and even a washing machine. The bathroom is superb and the bedroom was spacious.

We would have given it 10 stars if it wasn't for a couple of items which weren't stellar. They weren't terrible but I found the TV lacking. It should as least allow casting from my phone but its locked to a service which is missing all the entertainment channels. The breakfast buffet was good. But other 5 star hotels have buffets which make it look poor.

the room was extremely well equipped for a mid-long stay with a good kitchen battery and washing/drying machine. I stayed at a studio. Gym facilities are also very well equipped and there is one gym trainer ready to help you if you need to. there was one instance where I felt sick and they also sent a nurse to my room and that is a great plus. the customer service is great from everyone, all the staff is very polite and attentive, I really enjoyed my stay there. Fantastic location, walking distance from shopping malls, banks, restaurants, etc.

nothing in particular, more like a recommendation it will be great if you give out flyers from other services offered at the hotel such as the SPA and the room service menu :), I came to know about them because I asked but it wasn't easily accessible.

The amenities are excellent. The room was clean, orderly, and had all the inclusions stated on the booking and more. The staff gave amazing customer service, had helpful answers to all my questions, and assisted me to the best of their abilities when I needed help with something. I appreciated too that all the staff, may it be people who you just stumbled upon the elevator, greets me and wishes me a good day. Apart from the room and amenities, their staff and customer service are first-rate and the reason I'd book again in the near future. One of the best hotel experiences so far.
