good location and excellent facilities.. friendly kitchen staff and helpful..

front desk or receptionist are unfriendly and lack professionalism, rude attitude, poor communication skill. internet is slow and weak.

Clean and comfortable, fast elevator with a great view at higher floors.

We were on a honeymoon and they didnt offer anything to make the stay special. Even no bed decoration that even hostels offer.

I secured a fantastic bargain for our brief city getaway. The quality of their buffet justifies the cost! My wife and I love their extensive breakfast buffet. Being a cheese enthusiast, I particularly savored their assortment of cheeses, along with the timeless favorite, bacon. The restaurant staff were also exceptionally helpful in catering to our requirements. The check-in process was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary treats awaiting us in the room. I will definitely make reservations again in the future, this time including my entire family.

My stay at I'M Hotel was so good! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was quick. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the bathroom with bathtub and the comfortable bed. The highlight of my stay was the jellyfish bar. The panoramic views of the city skyline were breathtaking. I also had a rejuvenating experience at the spa, where the therapists were skilled and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend I'M Hotel for its top-notch service, stunning facilities, and unbeatable location.

Really loved my stay at the B Hotel in QC. Your staff is your greatest asset, from the front desk, guards, bell boys, wait staff, housekeeping. Pat at the front desk remembered details and was able to reasonably accomodate my requests. This hotel is run really well and you can tell by the way the staff makes an effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible. This is now my go to hotel in QC. No frills, just attentiveness and friendliness from the folks who work here. B hotel itself is in a quiet area of Timog. I love how it's kinda nondescript in a way. The food was also decent. The hotel interior is industrial/minimalist style which I found particularly soothing.

This is my second stay here and there is a drastic improvement in terms of the service quality compared to my last stay which was booked by my company. Sheets and Linens are as good as new, room is cleaned and refreshed daily upon request, breakfast has a much wider variety now and I was able to visit the rooftop bar this time with my local colleagues and we really enjoyed the food and cocktails. Commendable effort from the team which is why I am compelled to take time to post this review. Please maintain and keep up the good work! I paid USD 100 for my room which is a steal at this value proposition they are offering.

The location of the hotel is so accessible to many food and shopping establishments. They have also free shuttle van to 2 major malls in Makati. The staff are nice, friendly and courteous. I love our hotel room as it is spacious and the comfort room and shower room are separated, where there is also a bath tub, which we really like. We also love their pillows as it is very comfy.

I think they should put the smoking area on a different floor, not near the swimming pool. We saw a cigarette butt floating in the pool.

Great facilities and hotel staff! They were helpful in any way they could. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a good view on the balcony. Nice kitchenette. Great CR, besides the rather bad lighting near the mirror. Late check-out was possible at 2pm free of charge. Great security guards.

The highly praised rooftop bar was a disappointment. The drinks are not mixed well and the staff didn't make me feel welcome. Bad lighting in the comfort room (as was the case 5 years ago). The hotel is blocking 12k on my card for a week after check-out (which was well communicated by the skilled staff, but still, is this necessary when the bill was settled and the hotel took 15min to check the room during check-out?).

I like how the rooms are very clean and very well maintained (We would like to commend the housekeeper Grasya who attended our room). Bed is super soft and comfortable. The bathroom in our room is super (toilet and bath/shower were separate). Staff are super friendly and accomodating. And the highlight of the hotel - roofdeck!

- We were a bit shocked with their "incidental deposit" policy (which was not also stated anywhere on booking.com hence we were unprepared when they told us at the reception how much it cost) - we find a bit too much as we have also stayed in other 5 star hotels. So if you book this hotel make sure that you have loads of cash with you, if you don't want it be charged to your debit or credit card. (But I would like to commend the lady Manager at the Front office who assisted us nicely about this matter. You are an asset to the team!) - The room was lacking with bathrobes and needed to request for it. - Better (and more) lighting would be perfect.

Just about everything, from the room to the staff, always greeting you with a smile and very helpful.

You can add another casualty to the pandemic, they had a 5☆+ breakfast buffet, but no longer, if you get the breakfast included with your room, now you go to the lobby and eat at the restaurant there with approximately 10 set menu selections, also when checking out your breakfast will show up as a charge to the room so be sure to let the front desk know the charge was for the breakfast that was included with the room.
