Nice hotel and rooms.

For breakfast you can choose just 1 plate, if you want something more you have to pay. For 98€/night in the Philippines it’s not acceptable.

Staff of the hotel especially housekeeping staff were all excellent, professional and willing to go the extra mile! Nice, new clean rooms!

Although they serve delicious and a variety of selections for breakfast, the partner restaurant that was serving breakfast forgot to put in my order to the kitchen on two separate occasions. They realised it only when I followed up my breakfast with them. There were some servers at the restaurant who were not quite welcoming and not too courteous. The jacuzzi/hot tub was not working and very outdated. It should already be replaced.

Great location. Easy to walk around and get from place to place. Comfy bed Good bathroom with good quality complimentary shampoo, shower gel and conditioner Decent kitchenette.

Diner/café where breakfast is served seemed overstaffed, but service was slow.. Food arrived but with coffee arriving after I'd eaten my breakfast. Food looks fancy but is sparse on ingredients. The 3 cheese toasted sandwich was a total disappointment. Almoat 25 minutes to arrive (only 4 xustomers) dripping externally with cheese, but it was all thick bread and very little cheese!

We had a wonderful stay in Citadines Salcedo Makati. It was my first time to book at this hotel, it was quite a wonderful experience and did not disappoint. All, and I mean each one of them looked after us so well. They made sure we had a comfortable and lovely time. The team are so prompt whenever you need anything. They are so polite and never fail to greet with a smile at any guest that comes in and out. Security officers are equally amazing. They go the extra-mile by making sure they open the door of your car when you arrive, they then check inside the car in case you dropped or left something and they even write down the plate number before the car leaves the hotel. Very impressive! I couldn’t help but return again after a long stay :) They even accommodated my late check-out request. This hotel should be a five star really! GREAT JOB, WELL DONE & THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! The hotel is close to nice restaurants and malls. A quiet and safe area in Makati. I highly recommend!

The Manifesto restaurant, the quality of food and service is quite disappointing. There is not a wide options in the menu. I will spare the details, but they certainly need to level up. FYI, the breakfast comes from this restaurant.

Everything we needed was provided and more !!

I am Mad that the Hotel charged my account another $462 AUD for who knows what? No email to explain why that amount was taken from my account, even though they had charged me upon checking in the amount we owed for 3 nights which was $404 AUD and a security bond which we paid in cash $1500 PHP (Peso) and the room came with free breakfast for the 2 days & everything else. So I am yet to contact the hotel for a refund of the money taken from my account.

A roomy and comfortable one bedroom with good kitchen facitilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location (in Salcedo Village, a very nice area in Makati) is excellent - near to several grocery stores and about a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride to Greenbelt. The price is competitive for a top four star hotel.

The gym was a bit small and musty. One of the airconditioners in the room smelled until it was cleaned at our request and the one in the bedroom was impossible to keep it from being too cold or hot. But these are minor points which I think the hotel will easily remedy.

We stayed twice in a week in a 1 bedroom unit. our first room size was good. during our second stay, our room was even bigger. Very polite and friendly staff, especially at the reception. The person that warmly welcomed us back for our second stay was so friendly and welcoming. Small detail that goes a long way. Very convenient location in the heart of Salcedo village, walkable and safe neighborhood. We sampled many of the breakfast menu options, not so many options but overall pretty good. Large swimming pool. Overall exceeded our expectations

Coffee included in the free breakfast was not great.

My daughter and I stayed at Citadines Selcedo for 3 nights. We had an enjoyable stay. We had taken an apartment. It was clean and very comfortable . The room service was excellent. We preferred to have breakfast in the room and they served it in the room. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well but what I appreciated the most was the spa services that were provided in the room itself. The place has several eateries, convenience stores including a 7-eleven, Starbucks etc. nearby. The 7-eleven became the source of midnight coffees for us. The hotel staff helped with cabs. The one thing which I really found unique was when you get down from a cab, the hotel staff would sweep the cab interiors thoroughly with a flashlight to ensure nothing was left behind by us in the cab. Thank you so much to the entire staff of Citadines for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to other guests who are looking for a comfortable, convenient, safe and value-for-money stay in Manila

The staff were all friendly and nice especially Leroy the gym instructor. He was very helpful to me. He provided information and assistance with a lot of things that made my stay at Citadines more comfortable.Ruth from house keeping cleaned my room very well. I like the way she cleaned my room.The security and Concierge were were also very friendly and helpful. The nurse was also very nice also helpful.when my friend fell while trying out the gym equipment. In the restaurant Camile and Antonette and guys that attended to my orders were friendly and nice.

None I can remember.

Everything from the friendly staff, through to the lovely room, pool and other facilities were top notch. Great place to spend a couple of days relaxing after exploring The Philippines. One of the best features that should be implemented everywhere is the water cooler in the room, it meant we could fill our water-bottles as often as required and never use a plastic bottle.
