Infinity Tower Suites

It was our second stay at Infinity Tower Suites and we were not disappointed. My kids have decided that it is among their favorite staycation places ever, with my eldest (7M) rating it as his 2nd best hotel and my youngest (3F) declaring that it is "her best hotel ever!". The rooms/suites are HUGE with excellent amenities and the indoor pool is perfect. WiFi is also good. The staff are also quite friendly and professional. The location is also very good. All in all, salamat Infinity Tower Suites! I believe we will be staying here again very soon.

The breakfast at The Wholesome Table, while good, was a bit expensive for the portions.

Don't know why this place has not got consistently good reviews, the apartment was lovely and lacked nothing in way of facilities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The location is very good, with plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the Greenbelt Mall is either a short taxi ride or a brisk walk away.

I found the on-site restaurant a bit cliquey, although food was very good. Getting taxi's in Makati in the evening proved to be challenging, but otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Location is awesome and the size of the rooms is great. We have stayed here a few years ago in a 2 bedroom suite and it was a lot better and was cleaner more kitchen ware and bathroom linen

The place is getting run down, we had 4 towels, no hand towels or shower mats. The air-conditioning was not working properly and the vinyl tiles are starting to lift! The floors were dusty and not cleaned properly. We had a 2 bedroom suite, for the amount paid it wasn't good value for money.

Location is right in the center of Makati with the major malls accessible by walking. Plenty of restaurants to choose from right outside the hotel and surrounding area so there's an option for everyone.

Elevator and the corridors are dated. There was no aircon in the elevator but a fan was installed, it was a bit loud. Rooms were fine, no mini fridge though and the trim had minimal paint marks on a section of wall by the bed.

The room was bigger than i thought it would be. Reception was very freindly and helpful. Doorman was also pleasant.

There were only 2 elevators and 1 was not working, hotel workers used the elevator to transport work materials and things like stepladders. The shower water was very hot and i could not seem to control the temperature. The internet was a bit slow. Interference crackling on room phone when i had to call reception.

Being in the business area, location was much suitable and having silence during night time. Specious rooms and supportive staff is advantage. Having Indian Restaurat in front of the main gate is ADD ON. Thanks.

We expect the TWIN BEDs which were missing from the property, even on request. Breakfast slip to be provided upon arrival would be better. Some clear and more information sharing is expected such as Breakfast time, Reception calling no., etc. Overall ok.

Excellent location, very walkable. Studio room was very spacious; bathroom has both shower and bathtub. Security guard always present to open and lock/unlock main door. Fully equipped hotel with gym, and laundromat.

Areas for improvement include: *Pest control (had to kill a couple of small cockroaches) *Renovation would help iron out bends in the floors & refresh the look & feel *Elevator controls need repair as some floor buttons do not function.

I am a return customer to Infinity Tower Suites. I enjoy the size of the rooms and the amenities. The rooms are rather quite spacious and clean. The lobby entrance always has a security guard and always checks who comes in. This gives you a sense of safety in the premises. The location is very convenient to access places. A 20 minute walk to Glorieta or Greenbelt and to Little Tokyo--an area known for Japanese and other Asian restaurants. It's located in Salcedo Village so it is a short walk to Salcedo Park for the weekly market. Walk on to Ayala Triangle and have a picnic. There's going to be a lot of changes and additions to that place soon. Also the restaurant The Wholesome Table is adjacent to the hotel. They have and serve organic, healthy, and delicious gourmet food.

The 1br suite was quite spacious - much larger than the average suite I've stayed at. The location is very convenient with lots of nice restaurants close by - great food at the restaurant connected to the building.

Air-con wasn't really cold; hot water didn't work in room I stayed in - seemed to be only in the 1 br suite I stayed at initially, as I returned and stayed in a studio and facilities were working as expected

The stovetop was old , there is no turner,laddle to cook the food. option kitchen is incomplete Unfortunately there were 4 small cockroaches near garbage underneath sink And bed Inform housekeeping apologized offered exterminator but I will be moving the next day I preferred not to because busy packing and I had previous appointment outside building
