Room was lovely, modern and clean Room service was fast and yummy

Shuttle service let me down twice. Drove straight past guests waiting on Monday night 17/7/23 between 7 and 8pm. One passenger phd the hotel who contacted the driver to turn around and pick us up, we waited 40 minutes. Shuttle booked for 4.30am Tuesday 18/7/23 but didn’t show so I grabbed an Uber for $13. Very unimpressed!!! Unfortunately ruined an otherwise pleasant stay - $285 to include “free” shuttle and only 8 hours in the room.

The hotel is really good, and location is perfect to catch a flight early in the morning or arriving late at night.

The only downside is the shuttle bus than only runs certain times. I have arrived just pass midnight and no shuttle bus to be seen. No taxi will take your call either as the distance is too short. I got stuck for a long time waiting.

Stayed here on the outbound portion of our trip and loved the convenience of the location and free shuttle as well as the wonderful staff. Unfortunately the return trip we had issues with the shuttle as we flew in late and when calling for the pick up, the phone kept going to voice mail. Needless to say, we ended up getting our own transportation to the hotel, negating the main reason we booked the hotel in the first place. Next morning, I went to front desk to ask a question about a trip I wanted to take and the person behind the counter was very dismissive and had an attitude for whatever reason. Not a good look when he is representing the hotel.

The restaurant's food was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful. (For example, they explained clearly the timing of the airport shuttle.)The room, common areas, and grounds were clean and quiet.

They ran out of apples in the baskets at the front desk. (Yeah, I know that's trivial. But, hey...I didn't want to leave this section empty. The room was not configured for entertaining, and there really is no view to speak of, but neither was a problem for us because we used it for sleeping only (and only for one night), and it's an airport hotel, so it's not meant to be for relaxation. Note that they do allow smoking in the outdoor eating area--at least they did when we were there--and we're not smokers. That didn't bother us because we were the only other diners at the time, and we could sit far enough away to not be bothered by the smoke.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, lovely very acceptable rooms. Accomodating and stress free. Trustworthy, and very clean. Big difference from another motel I stayed at near Auckland airport. Prefer comfort, safety, cleanliness and a professional attitude over price. The shuttle bus ran quite frequently and was very convenient and you could book it to take you to the airport at any time convenient for your flight (not like cheaper places (another story))

Bit expensive but I recommend paying this kind of price to avoid stressful shocks with cheaper, not very nice places. The shuttle bus took more than 30 minutes to come the first time we took it but I think it was just bad timing.

The first room allocated did not meet my expectation according to my request when booking, nor at check in. The check in clerk refused to accommodate my request as posted on booking.com and the subsequent e-mail confirmation that I received that my request has been taken care of. Only after consultation with the manager were we moved to a room away from any potential noise caused by late arriving and early departing guests. Excellent service by the manager, highly recommend to go to the ultimate person in charge if you do not receive a satisfied outcome consulting with entry level staff. I will most certainly be using Jetpark Auckland Hotel again in future.

The Jetpark Auckland Hotel meets all expectations, absolutely nothing to fault. The Airport shuttle bus service was excellent, and we recommend this service to all guests, weather arriving or departing from Auckland / New Zealand. Added bonus is the free parking provided for your private transport.

Breakfast. Good selection of items. Early checkin on Saturday organised by Lorna some time ago. After a 3.15am flight from Tahiti it was wonderful to be able to sleep after we arrived.

We had two bookings for Saturday and Sunday which caused some confusion. Room wasn’t serviced on Sunday, but we were able to get fresh towels and tea and milk. We didn’t like the Indian shuttle driver who made two people in their 70s load and unload their bags. Very poor ‘service’. He dropped off domestic passengers first and then, instead of dropping us at the International Terminal he dropped us at the shuttle pickup area and told us to walk. We just made it to the AirNZ Business Class checkin as it closed. Other hotel shuttles were dropping their clients off at the front of the terminal. Not happy. Also we had to wait 40 minutes on Saturday morning in the freezing cold for the Johnson JetPark shuttle.

My only negative was that the shuttle bus pick ups seem to be a bit of a boondoggle. I know you gave instructions as to where the bus was going to be, but to anyone unfamiliar with the airport they were not terribly helpful. I waited over an hour, most of it in the company of other travellers and then I found myself there alone and still no shuttle, and as an older woman standing around in an isolated bus station after dark was not appealing. I caught a cab which was of course expensive.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay including breakfast super close to everything and our room was services daily such a treat would highly recommend staying here Also the shampoo & conditioner hand soaps and cream smell divine

We had breakfast including in our stay and the only thing we didnt enjoy was the inconsistency in the food Bacon was over cooked & burnt like leather every day breaky sausages wasn’t cooked enough eggs scram had no flavour and the kai was always low and not hot so sorry for my honest feedback not too much to work on everything else was delicious thank yous

Thankfully, the room was very quiet as we were in bed very early so that we could make the 4:00am shuttle to the airport. Shuttle was right on time going to the airport. The room was clean and the staff were very good.

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was less than ideal. We received two different sets of instructions as to where to wait for the shuttle. We waited for at least two hours and finally took a cab. We were told by hotel staff that one set of instructions was relayed via Bookings.com (incorrect info and should be corrected by hotel) and the other was directly from the hotel. How were we to know which one was correct. When we did get to the correct pickup location, the vehicle went by, but didn't stop for us.
