Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Jagershorst-Eindhoven

The hotel rooms have a large modern design with a unique bathroom design which I think works quite well Free parking Swimming pool/Gym We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the service and food was very good Other than the motorway the surrounding area is peaceful and there are nature reserves within walking distance Very good WiFi The hotel has a lot of good things going for it and it is close to Eindhoven, the reason for our stay.

I am a very light sleeper and my partner sleeps like a rock and none of this affected her but the curtains are not a complete blackout and light still comes through the top and other areas. The room was warm (August) so we had the window open but all the other AC units are very loud (louder than the motorway) and the room's AC is a bit too noisy for night time use but fine for daytime use. My partner had to work remotely and the room does not have a desk which would of been useful but the inside of the restaurant was quiet enough to use.

a super hotel, friendly, clean comfortable, staff very willing to help and make our stay special. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it really was very nice, and well equipped. Food was lovely, whole ambiance of the hotel was relaxed, informal, and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Good air conditioning in room,

our room (327) as a junior suite had a beautiful spacious balcony, but below was a huge - but empty - commercial skip for rubbish and some wire strewn around, and didn't reflect the rest of the hotel. We didn't use the balcony as it was much more pleasant to sit anywhere else in the hotel, but if we had been staying longer, we would have felt we were missing out on a little outdoor relaxation.

Nice staff at the reception even when arriving late at night. Room is pretty big and clean. Bed is excellent. Location is directly off the highway but still very quiet and in the green

Didn’t look the bathroom with a freestanding bath tub with shower in it. It works but not very practical. The hotel rooms are being converted to showers. So some rooms have bath and some showers. Ask for what you prefer

As usual great service at Jagershorst, changed management but still great services and good rooms. I got all what I needed, recommended hotel, I will book here again my next travel in this area.

I was arriving from a trip to Asia and asked to have an early check-in just to get a shower and my request was refused. The worst is that I left a message through Booking but not get a reply. My problem has solved anyway with a good service, but...

Nothing. I was very happy with everything. My bunkmate thought the refrigerator was noisy, but we just unplugged it during the night, so it was not an issue whatsoever.

Room was ok except for missing desk to work breakfast was ok restaurant was good

A colleague who booked room for 1 night had to stay 1 night longer and they told there was "0" availability but they would call when a room came available. No call received and when a contacted booking.com they had still some 3 rooms available and that is strange to me ??

Easy access from the motorway, good car park, 24 hour reception, perfect when you are not sure what time you will arrive. Really good restaurant and breakfast. Modern Bedrooms and warm. The swimming pool was free to use. Staff all spoke English and were very friendly and welcoming

There was nothing to dislike, it is a modern hotel with well trained staff.

I have been visiting this hotel multiple times and it is always delightful. Bathroom is big, had a rain shower and a bath, beds are comfortable and in the morning you can hear the birds tjirping when opening up the door to the tiny balcony.

You can hear the highway, but I do not mind. The bathroom of this room did not have a seperate shower head. I prefer to have a seperate shower head as well, like the rooms I have stayed in before.

The air conditioning was so cold and crisp and it was such a welcome amenity. The room had a sofa inside and that was nice. The staff was lovely, very helpful and professional.

The beds and pillows were hard, but this is typical in the Netherlands and many people like firmer beds. Just not my thing. My biggest complaint was the bathroom. It has a full glass wall that has a curtain that is 1) a bit see through and 2) accessed from the outside and 3) cracks in the edges. A standard wall for the loo would’ve been ideal. Can be incredibly awkward for anyone sharing a room.

We extended our stay by one night and I booked directly through the Hotel Website and got a WAY better room, which was modern and renovated.

Sadly the room (that I booked through booking.com) was very old and definitely needs some renovation. The Bathtub (which I paid extra for) barely got the used water out. Would not recommend a room with a Bathtub!
