Hotel Parkzicht Eindhoven

This is a very comfortable hotel in a pleasant leafy suburb of Eindhoven. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and all spoke good English. The restaurant and outdoor terrace proved to be very popular, creating a great atmosphere. Air conditioning in the room worked well - luckily, as the temperatures were very high for the time of year. Wifi was free and worked well. There's plenty of free on-street parking available outside too.

Breakfast was very good quality, though the range of items was quite small. Coffee was excellent though, and eggs could be cooked to order. The bedroom was spacious enough for 2-3 days but a lack of storage might be a downside for a longer stay.

The hotel is a bit outside of the center but in a nice green environment and the walk to the center takes about 15 minutes, which is fine. The rooms are comfy and clean.

I wanted to have some drinks in the restaurant after a long walk but they told me I couldn't because the place was fully booked for dinner, although people were yet to arrive. They should have some possibilities/flexibility for their guests or at least inform them at check-in. I think the hotel is a bit too expensive since I couldn't drink or eat anymore.

The stay was quite enjoyable. If you like hotels with a nice view nearby and a calm neighborhood, this is the hotel for you. There is a park outside which is quite enjoyable to go around in, the bus stop isn't too far away, Eindhoven Centraal station isn't overly far away too. The workers were quite nice and helpful as well. The room had shampoo/body wash/soap, even though when I asked, the reply said there won't be shampoo, only body wash/soap, which was good. Room also had towels and hair dryer, which were fine. Room came with some coffee/tea, which is quite nice addition to the room. Something that I did not use but the hotel offers is: Bike rentals (10€ a day or 15€ for two days) and umbrella in case you need it with 20€ deposit that you get back after you return the umbrella. So if you plan to stay only in Eindhoven for some days, I most definitely recommend taking out a bike, since Netherlands is incredibly bike-focused, I had instant huge culture-shock from it. Lastly, the restaurant was nice, although I only went to it on the very last day before check-out for breakfast, I've had best scrambled eggs I've ever had.

I wish the rooms had a safe in them, while I felt relatively safe leaving my belongings in the room after the first day, but the idea of leaving a laptop behind in a room that is just rented out for a few days sitting there in a bag felt still a bit iffy. I wish room had a bit more light in it, a bit unsure as to why it had only lamps behind the bed, so in the room itself it definitely felt a bit dark, lightning in bathroom was fine. The shower cabin felt a bit too small for me, I wish it was a bit larger one, but it's understandable as to why it is the size it is (shower room's size as a whole).

The location is excellent, especially if you have a dog, as a walk in the beautiful park across the road is less then 5 mins away and a walk to the city center is just 20 mins until you are in the heart of all animations, restaurants, bars etc The breakfast is simply delicious and the staff at the restaurant so caring to the needs of the customers.

Because it's an old building, inner walls, floors are made of wood which is very environmentally friendly however less good at noise insulation. It was however not an issue to sleep at night.

The restaurant was of a very high standard of comfort with very well-prepared food having excellent presentation and service . There was no sitting area within the entrance, and hence nowhere to sit while waiting for friends or a taxi. The general entrance area was a little underwhelming There were no leaflets/brochures within room to explain how to operate coffee machine, television channels and air conditioning. Could not see use for bedside computer tablet,--what was I suppose to use it for ? At check-out I was not presented with an itemised printed account, or anything that resembled a receipt Despite these issues I would happily us hotel again

The staff is great, helpful and kind. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask them. The hotel is located near the center of Eindhoven city. Only 10 - 15 minutes walk to the city center. There are a restaurant in the hotel and it seems to be quite popular, unfortunately we didn't have a time to enjoy it. And like other reviews stated, park is only a stone throw away, so you will have a nice view from your hotel room and also you can have a nice walk in the morning and the evening. The room is clean and has enough ammenities (Nespresso coffee and tea). The bed is also comfortable. Hotel Parkzicht is one of the best hotel in Eindhoven!

There is no refrigerator in the room, so if you have things that need to be cooled, you need to consider this. There is no supermarket nearby, so if you don't plan to eat out in the restaurant, please prepare beforehand. The air conditioner might be a little bit slow to cool down the room.

Very nice and clean hotel located at the beautiful Stadswandelpark at the southern border of Eindhoven. It is close to the Parktheater and only a 15 minutes walk to the city center. Personnel is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable with airconditioning. Finally, the restaurant is a real treat, which I can highly recommend if you would like a high quality breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The double comfort bedroom was very clean, with comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Nespresso machine in the room with four pods plus creamers and few tea bags was sufficient. Plus lovely fragrant body wash and shampoo! Bus service to city centre only 5 mins walk away. Lovely location and area nearby. Helpful receptionist, very pleasant and good knowledge of Eindhoven.

The distance away from the City Centre. I walked it a couple of times, ok in the daylight as I went through a park but more confusing in the dark to find my way back home.

Loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious. We took two dogs for €10 per dog per night. Park opposite the hotel is lovely and only 10/15 minute walk into the centre. The staff were really friendly and we could always find parking. Coffee in the room was lovely. Bed was comfy. Albert Supermarket was 5 minute walk away (other side of the park).

Honestly struggling to think of anything. The tablet in the room didn't work but we didn't mind.

The staff at this hotel is more accommodating than any other hotel I've been in. They truly never say no to reasonable requests. Absolutely exceptional.

The range hood over the little stove in our apartment was quite old and just not great. But this is literally the only thing we didn't like.
