The central location was excellent and it was possible to do a late checkout. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The only downside was that there was no elevator available. The light in the toilet was broken, but I mentioned this to the staff and assume it's been fixed already.

It was clean, not very big room. The owners were very nice. The breakfast was great too. For the last day we had to leave very early so they made us lunch packages. The location is great because everything is in the walking distance.

Great location in central Eindhoven, the reception desk was helpful and accommodating.
All the rooms are up on 3 floors and there is no elevator, so you have to take the steepest and most narrow staircase I’ve climbed in my life. Definitely not suitable for those who are not in good shape or have a lot of luggage to carry up and down those stairs. The room also doesn’t have its own bathroom which was not ideal but I didn’t mind too much as I only stayed for one night, but I wouldn’t feel very comfortable if I was staying for longer.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, there was a TV with YouTube on it so I couldn't have asked for much more out of a simple 1 day accommodation.
Room couldn't be locked from the outside so if I had any luggage I would've been worried. The bathrooms were shared, and weren't even on the same floor. They did not provide any checkout instructions and the receptionist did not speak English well.
