Little Grand

The comfort, Mr.Marcel The Butler went over and ahead to make the experience as comfortable as possible, the quality of the bed, towels, bathrobe, slippers, and breakfast. It was indeed a high-end quality experience.

The laundry room that was right near the SPA room - this type of room is located in the basement, so the prep rooms are in the same location and the noise produced by the washing machines are annoying.

The location is exceptional. You are in the center of the center. The room was spacious. The kitchen had everything you need to cook.

The bathroom can have a door

Great location. Suite had really nice fittings and fixtures. Kitchen was well equipped

Bed was uncomfortable (dip in the middle of the mattress) and linen was not very soft. Window is located next to Cinema complex so very noisy at midnight when the shows come out.

Parking could have been clearer and easier to locate

Great location, really nice flat with fully equipped kitchen.

Only 1 set of keys. We were 2 adults with different schedules, and not being able to have a key each was not ideal. Check in process was a bit lengthy, we were given a tour of the flat and had to listen to explanations on how to use appliances, when it would have been better to just have an instruction leaflet for the oven, hob and aircon.

The host was so kind and welcoming The apartment was very beautiful and had a calm and worm feeling to it. Also the apartment was very clean and well equipped, and although located in a very central place it was very quiet.

The air conditioning in the bed room was noisy, my spouse is a light sleeper and he had trouble to fall a sleep. However we manage to work it out by cooling the living room and leaving the bed room door open.

Fantastic private basement apartment featuring a spacious bathtub, plush bed, and a well-equipped kitchen area (complete with an induction plate) and a cozy couch. The pièce de résistance, however, is undoubtedly the private sauna, directly connected to the apartment, accompanied by a shower area next door. The butler was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay here truly enjoyable.

This apartment has set a new standard for my future bookings; it was simply fantastic

Definitely the best location in Eindhoven, very close to railway station as well as parking garages and you walk into the center just around the corner. Apartment fully furnished with really everything you wish for next to a big shower, complete kitchen and nice seating options. Hospitality of the host (butler) is excellent and definitely a big recommendation.

Extremely attentive hosting, including the gracious retrieval of a forgotten item.

I didn't take seriously the request to call 30 min before arrival, and therefore had to wait for the host to show up from off site with the key. My fault, but I was expecting a lock box or other arrangement. (Which still might be a good idea as a backup).

We liked everything in Little Grand Hotel. Our suite was nicely decorated, spotless clean, comfortable and functional. Butler Marcel was always there for assisting us and providing us with useful information for the area. Although Little Grand Hotel is in the heart of Eindhoven, close to all kinds of stores and restaurants, it remains quiet and private.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say.
