It's a nice hotel in the really city center with basic facilities (hair dryer, towels, soap). The furniture isn't new, but it's clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is €9.50 if you want a Fast Casual Breakfast (a bag hangs on your room door in the morning with a sandwich (Dutch) cheese, croissant, fresh orange juice, hard boiled egg, marmalade & butter, fresh fruit and yoghurt with granola), or it is also possible to have a more extensive breakfast at the neighbors: Brasserie Hooghuys, for €14.50 per person. We choose the brasserie one (you need a reservation made by hotel at check-in), the coffee is good there, otherwise we should made the coffee in our coffee machine room from a plastic capsules. I recommend this hotel with the brasserie breakfast. The nearest parking garage, directly by the hotel, is Q-Park Hooghuis. Parking costs: €22 per day. Or a cheaper parking, a 10-minute walk away, is possible at parking Stadskantoor: €9 per day. Or a 5-minute walk away, at Q-Park Heuvel: €14 per day.

We had a Classic Room which have a private bathroom with a door to the toilet. But the Comfort Room has no door, so you can see everything.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! The hotel's location is perfect, it's very close both to the main station and to the market place full of bars and restaurants. The room itself was nice and big too.

Since the room was facing a shopping street, we've heard a lot of noise during the night. Also, there was a very big window in our room and the wind blew in under it. The heating came from AC which at multiple points turned off itself, so you woke up in a very chilly room in the morning. This was very unpleasant with the winter temparetures.

The room was clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also I was given an upgraded room. There was coffee, drinking water and fruit available. The location was excellent, in the town center and a few minutes walk from the station. The absolute best part was the breakfast at Dille and Kamille opposite the hotel - every part of it was excellent quality and absolutely delicious!

It was all good so this is very minor but I found the room a little bit cold and I couldn't adjust the thermostat to make it warmer.

Awesome location. Best value for money. The young man at the reception was very friendly and gave us an iron for free. Thank you.

Couple of days before the reservation we got through the account of the hotel by booking.com a hacked message that we did not pay and we have to send a acopy of our passports. Because I unfortunately trust the application of booking.com I sent the required documents through the app. I discovered later that it was a hacked message. I asked for a help from booking.com and didn't get any feedback till the moment. Of course I will sue the hotel and booking.com if I get any negative sequences in the future.

Very good hotel 😊 I recommend it!

I didn't like that it was a bit cool in the rooms and that the central air conditioner was at 21 degrees and it was blowing really cold and I left the air conditioner off the whole time. Even though I went to the front desk and said it was cold and could they turn up the air conditioning and the receptionist said they would turn up the temperature but the temperature was never turned up. The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms were cold.

We were very satisfied, we spend one night in the hotel before flying back to our destination. All in all we wish we had more days to stay. The staff was lovely, very helpful and kind. Our hotel room was very clean with fresh good quality towels and a big comfortable bed, with a genious sensor light for the night. We did not mind not having a window as the room was aesthetically pleasing, calm and quite, that added to a relaxing experience. Also, the hotel is located in the centre of the Town, close to many sightshing and wonderful shops, cafe bars and restaurants around. We 100% recommend it!

If we were to stay for more days I think we would need more hangers and space for our clothes but for a night was more than great.

The hotel is located at the heart of Eindhoven next to main shopping street leading to the main square. Right opposite the hotel there is a nice cafe part of a stylish home decoration shop. It is close to the bus stop on the Piazza which is well connected to the airport by buses №400 and 401. The boy and girl at the reception are very kind and helpful. If we are coming again to Eindhoven we will first check availability in this hotel.

Friendly staff, exceptional location, in the heart of the center but on a quite street. We were pleased with our choice of hotel Lumiere to go shopping and have nice dinner.

Only one real big negative for me. The plumming from above us was inside our room and you have the feeling water flows inside our room when people were using the bathroom. It is too industrial design for my taste. Room was quite small, but for short stay it was fine.

We were it the hotel for just one night, but It was better than I expected! It's location is perfect, especially if you plan to stay more days and want to visit Eindhoven. It's in the city center, but also close to the train/bus station, so you can walk there. I especially appreciate free room update! We booked a room with no daylight and got the room with the window with the view to city center. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and the personal was very kind and friendly. Communication with hotel was really prompt.

I really liked the design of a room, cleanliness and overall style of a whole hotel. the room was small but comfortable, with big bed and spacious shower. but the best was the central location with all the restaurants, bus stops and attractions nearby.

I ordered the room together with the breakfast, but I did not expected that it will be so bad. I was really disappointed to get cold sandwich, one egg, yogurt and juices for 10 Eur. You can really get the better breakfast at the city. I asked to cancel it, but it was not possible. I would not recommend to order breakfast!
