The location is really central, yet quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

The building was under renovation, so there was scaffolding all around, you couldn't look outside. The airco wasn't working, the staff said it had to do with the entire city of Milan, that they cannot use the airco's because it's not warm enough. To me it didn't make sense. It was 26 degrees outside and warmer inside. They told us to open te windows, but with all the construction dust and dirt from the street, this was far from ideal when having allergies. Also price quality is not in proportion, especially not when they don't mention the construction works and lack of air-conditioning.

I loved the location, that it had an extra door for security, luggage lockers, and the private balcony with a garden view. Everything was really beautiful inside, clean, and with a few beverages as gifts. The bathroom was also really nice. Very spacious living space and encouraged cooking.

TV was not a modern TV so no Netflix. However, it forced me to interact with the house and outside spaces more. Only music played from iPhone streaming. Not a lot of outlets for charging phone, hair straightener, blow dryer, speaker, headphones, etc. Air conditioning did not work well. Was very hot inside.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming apart hotel in Milan (three friends), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail that this establishment offers. The apartment was not only impeccably clean but also thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of luxury to the space, making it feel like a true home away from home in Milan. One of the standout features of this apart hotel is its unbeatable location in Milan. Being culturally Dutch while working in Switzerland, we appreciated being right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore the rich culture, history, and art of Milan. We would highly recommend this apart hotel to anyone visiting Milan, whether for business or leisure. It's a fantastic place to stay, combining cleanliness, comfort, and an unbeatable location in Milan. We look forward to return and experience its hospitality again.

We had a great experience .. it was hot in the rooms though .. we live and work in Switzerland so the radiator could have been off :-)

Very central location, good facilities, tea and expresso coffee and free minibar, possibility to get up later and take breakfast in a nearby café without being disturbed by cleaning staff. Very quiet without any street/ traffic noise. Good value for money.

Not so simple digital check in procedure requires scan-in of an ID card or passport for both members of the couple but once done access to the property is with a PIN code instead of a key which is easier than walking around with a key. Local parking garage was expensive at 47,50 € per day.

The apartment was exactly as prescribed and as photos. Very spacious, cozy and comfy like you are in your own apartment. It was super clean, wifi is strong. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The location is great in the heart of the city, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and surroundings. It was an apartment style not a hotel so there was no reception, it was a self digital checkin and out and was super easy. The best of all was the quick efficient communication via whats app with the team. We requested an extra duve and we got one immediately. Very good option considering the price and location. By the way there is no parking in the building but there is a paid public park 1 minute away (EUR50 for 24 hours).

Excellent property, it had all the requirements.needed for a relaxing stay. The digital reliance was challenging as we are an older couple however I believe we met the criteria of handling an all digital property. The staff receive a gold star from us as their responses to our questions, needs exceeded our expectations of any accommodation we have utilised. The toiletries provided was of a very high quality. use of laundry was very beneficial for us.

For every contact we had with the team a digital response on service was requested. Stayed 7 nights, a clean of the room in the middle of the stay would have been a plus.

Excellent location! Quiet location less than a block from the main pedestrian avenue that leads to the Duomo. Our one bedroom was spacious and comfortable enough for me, my husband and our college-age daughter for our two nights in Milan. Appreciated the complementary drinks, too! Nice touch. Although check-in is all digital, communication is very user-friendly with a cheerful, casual tone. I would definitely look into their other properties as well when traveling!

Check in was 2 hours late, because the room wasn’t ready. But the staff communicated well and did their best to compensate with a late checkout and discounted room. I really didn’t like that the queen size bed was two singles pushed together. This was really uncomfortable. Be weary of the luggage storage lockers. They aren’t very secure. I saw a person pull the cabinet out, take the back off and take his luggage because he couldn’t remember the code. Because there are no staff on-site this can be a real security risk for your luggage.

I stayed with my family at Numa Camperio apartments for 4 nights. Location is great, few minutes walk from Duomo or Castello Sforzesco, easy access to public transportation. Also great location for meeting points in case you have booked a tour. Apartment had a hallway, living room with the extra bed, bedroom and small kitchen very well equipped. As the apartment concept does not have a formal reception we have communicated with customer service team via WhatsApp, very responsive and helpful at any hour!

As the location is very touristic and central, surrounded by restaurants and shops, sometimes in the evening it could be noisy! Ear plugs were available in the room!

Numa's location and use of rooms was really good. We arrived very comfortably by metro from the main train station and we were almost at the Duomo when we stepped through the whole trip. On the day of our departure, we were able to store our belongings in special lockers designed for guests and evaluate the day. Gift snacks were also really elegant

We didn't experience too many negative things. On the first day we came to the room, we saw a few garbage bags belonging to the former guest in the drawers. When we reported this, they were immediately interested. Also, at 7 am, the fire alarm rang for about 30 minutes, so I guess it couldn't be intervened very quickly because there was no attendant.
