The hotel is beautiful and within a walking distance to the Gallerie Vittorio Emmanuele - say 5 minutes. We booked a junior suite for 3 people, the room is quite spacious with a small living area, very well decorated with 3 windows overlooking a nice street, the bathroom is large and elegant. The concierge booked a very popular restaurant for us though with a short notice, this was probably one of the extra benefit of staying here. Breakfast was great, seatings in the courtyard was just lovely. The price was rather steep at this time of year but we did enjoy our stay here so it's worth it.

Location is great - 3 minutes walking to Duomo. The staff is excelent, very kind and always there to support you. The room is amazing. We like it so much that we extended our staying with one more night and definitely we will return to this amazing hotel. I traveled all over the Europe, Dubai, Turkey, Russia...this is by far the best hotel i stayed.

Expected MO experience, 90% of MO Singapore Excellent service, friendly staff, luxury environment. This comes with its costs, so don't be astonished when seeing the bill. In the center, typical sightseeing places like Duomo and fashion area in short walking distance. Our suite with terrace was spacious but the L shape of the suite does not give you the full experience of a large suite
Spa and Seta restaurant were not available on first afternoon/evening (due to Corona restrictions). It is recommended to book the table in Seta in advance The hotel is hard to find by car, specifically with navigation systems. We circled around about 30 min despite using car navigation and Google maps. It's actually easy to find if you know how. Suggest to provide additional access instructions (booking.com)
