Clerici Boutique Hotel

The location is excellent, comfortable bed, the bathroom was nice and spacious. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The room we stayed in was very dark, the windows opened right to the next building and it was almost impossible to keep the shutters open due to the closeness of the windows of the next building or keep the windows open due to the strong smell coming from the back of the restaurant in the other building. The walls are also extremely thin so we clearly heard everything out in the hallway, people walking up and down the stairs or the staff using the utility room next to ours. The door also didn’t close smoothly and kept rattling every time another door was opened on the same floor. It’s a great hotel for exploring the city, but the dark wall colors make the room even darker and it gets a bit depressing after a while.

The room was kind of small and with tiny windows overlooking nothing, so it felt a bit clastrophoobic. BUT the bathroom - Wow! luxurious , really . so the overall felt kind of spacious. The design is cool, very good taste. I was happy to find the capsule coffee machine in the room with generous amount of capsules for the stays.

This hotel is in a good location, walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. It is quiet and well appointed. We didn’t have breakfast here so can’t comment on that. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was ready before usual check in time and we really appreciated that after a long flight from Australia.

The only comment I have was the air conditioning would mot go down to cool enough as it was very hot in Milan during our stay and they are limited to the capacity of the lowest temperature being around 24 deg cel.

The stay was excellent. Room was sparkling clean and the staff went above and beyond. I had some issues with credit card to secure my reservations and the reception was very helpful and responsive to my inquires. Then, a machine was not accepting my ID card to confirm my age, and a helpful person at the front desk lent me his. On the top of that, the hotel is located very close to Duomo (i.e., main city center area) yet it's in a tiny quite street so you are not disturbed by the crowds. As I said--absolute excellence. I will be certainly back on my next stay in Milan.

Comfortable, stylish and a lovely room. Very quiet overall. Excellent continental breakfast. Within a short walking distance of the Duomo etc. Unfortunately, I fell and broke my shoulder on our last day in Milan. The hotel staff were so very kind and helpful to us. We will definitely return and stay at the Clerici again and finish our sightseeing! There is a wonderful new restaurant very close to the hotel called IL Marchese. Would recommend.

The ladies at the reception desk were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, especially for such a small hotel. The location was perfect - everything accessible by foot, even the Cadorna train station from where you can take a train to the airport.

We stayed in the room where we could here the noise from the street. On the other hand, it was the center of Milan.

USA/Portugal couple traveling. Great location, we took a taxi from the main train station (coming from Firenze), but then from the hotel very easy to walk to the Duomo area, restaurants, etc. The hotel was one of our pricier choices, but for our last night in Milano/of the trip, it was worth it! Lovely design, huge and comfortable room, everything clean and top quality, from the bed to the shower amenities, cozy robes, and slippers, just lovely. The staff was very accommodating! They helped us arrange a very early taxi to the airport well ahead of time, and since we were leaving before the breakfast hour, the person at the desk gave us some early juice/coffee/snacks. Great communication beforehand via Booking. Stylish and very comfortable, beautiful room. Would stay again. Grazie!

Absolutely fabulous staff. Llarley was very welcoming, had great communication skills and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Helped make a reservation for a massage. Arranged for a taxi to airport. Arranged additional wine glasses in room and luggage storage on checkout. Breakfast was good and gentleman at the breakfast bar very friendly and accommodating. Made good coffee and friendly conversation.

A modern and unique hotel in Milan. Its design is special, with a very welcoming mood. Very close to the main objectives, it can be easily reached on foot. Duomo di Milano is a 5-minute walk away. I received a free room update, I booked "superior double room" and I received "executive room". The room was WONDERFUL, very spacious, with a special design. Many diffused lights in the room that create such a warm and welcoming, soothing mood. The bathroom was very modern and had care products from Replica Maison Margiela (best!). The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was quiet and we could rest. I was a little afraid of the comments about the noise that the elevator makes, but I can say that I didn't hear the elevator at all. The hotel is on a very quiet street. Breakfast included, very rich and diversified with quality products. The reception and restaurant staff (breakfast) was very friendly. If you want to have a top lush experience in Milan, Clerici Boutiqueis the hotel where you have to stay!

We had a bad start to our short stay in Milan, taxi strike. So, I was a irritated that the hotel did not inform us that we would have no way to get there. But, is that their responsibility?? Anyway, beyond that , the hotel is lovely. The breakfast was very nice, our room was wonderful, the staff was friendly.

The location was a little out of the way, easy to the duomo and the Scala, but not convienient to restaurants etc.
