The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was good too with a lot of options, and the location was very good too, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff was very friendly and SUPER helpful. They spent a great deal of time on the phone and internet on our behalf in order to sign us up for a walking tour of the Sforza castle and Last Supper as we were having trouble contacting the particular agency and the tour was the next day and the only way we could still see the Last Supper before leaving. While not exactly next door, we were able to walk to the Duomo from the hotel.

Not very scenic location, but that wasn't really the point of this particular trip... we were out exploring during day anyway.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The style of the hotel is very minimalist, which takes a bit of getting used to, but we were there for 8 nights and I came to really like it, it worked well. Location great, close to the sights and the immediate neighbourhood was very good

Excellent breakfast with plenty of everything. nice room and ensuite. Good view out to the street. Welcoming entrance. Wonderful location. We could walk easily to the duomo and also trams, metro and buses all around. Excellent service being collected and taken back to the airport, making our stay really easy.

Only fault I can find is that the coffee machine in the reception area was not working.

Clean, good location, nice breakfast, great parking! (behind the hotel building only 18 euros a day!) and kind staff. There is a very nice Korean restaurant nearby, which also made this hotel a great choice for us. I really liked the wider shower room and the room was is very clean condition.

Three rooms were placed in a corner facing each other (two of which we used) and noise from the other rooms could be heard quite well. We are not sensitive people, so no problem for us, but if your sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid this particular rooms in the corner.

Check in was really smooth. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Room is clean, cozy, not a lot of space, but totally comfortable for two people. Bathroom was quite spacious and also clean.Very good location, about 10-15 min walk to Duomo di Milano. We enjoyed the breakfast, enough food options to choose from.

There was no kettle with some tea/coffee in the room, also no slippers provided.

Very friendly staff, nice location (walking distance to the central Milano). Good breakfast, public parking was just behind the hotel (3 min walk).

We could introduce air circulation within the bathroom otherwise it will be hot and humid after using the shower. Our room did not have coffee / tea preparation facility.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great staff. Fantastic breakfast - highly recommend.

Hadn't realized it was in an area that appears largely deserted - most businesses nearby were shut (on holiday?). But it was only a ten minute walk from the Duomo area, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

some improvement measures must be put in place regarding the corridor lingering odour on the 6th floor. it would be great to also improve on the quality of toilet paper’s choice, the availability of kettle and disposable slippers
