The front desk clerks Julia and Vincent were simply amazing. They handled our requests promptly, helped us locate shops, restaurants, etc. in the area and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. The housekeepers did an outstanding job cleaning the room too!

Very nice, clean and well maintained apartment that is equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay. The staff at the reception is very polite and gentle. The property is perfectly located - there is a tram and bus station just in front, the Duomo and the main points of interest are very close - just 15 minutes walk or 3 stops with the tram 15. Very easy and quick access to the Central station and from there to the airports. Navigli district - an area full of cafes, restaurants and bars is just a few steps from the hotel and this is a place that I highly recommend for dinner or night out with friends.

It was amazing, everything was great, the welcoming, the staff and the service. The hotel building was easy to find becasue it located on front of tram stop, atbtge same time it was easy to access to everywhere in Milan for the reason. Not that far from the main train staion. Alot of shops such bars, resturants, and even a bakery 1 min walk far. Its also sooo clean (like new), tidy and well designed, well equiped, take care with all details. In addition, the man on the reception desk (Mr. Enzo) was so poilte, educated, helpful and has a sense of humor. We are glad to have opportunity to meet such peron. From bottom of our hearts THANK you.

That our stay was so short, we wish we had more time in Milan to stay in. I am sure there will be many happy visits in the future. Regards to the team work.

Very clean apartment, very useful staff and reachability very fast and easy, directly to Duomo, just 4 station by tram, which is in front of the door of the apartment, make our stay really good. The late check-in, was offer free of charge, and the correct instructions, make us un easy to check-in. Laiza and Enzo, was very attentive and helpful to give the due informations for everything we need, and feel relax and comfortable. We highly recommend it! Thank you, Suela

My stay at this Hotel was comfortable, nice hotel and possibly will come back. the location is a 20 min walk from Duomo but there is a tram outside the hotel that takes you to the center.

We had a problem with the shower, it was freezing cold water, we spoke to the concierge and they said to run the water for 10 minutes we run it for a total of 30 minutes and still no sign of hot water. it was check out day to, and the concierge replied with “ you’re checking out anyways” in a sarcastic tone. it don’t matter if we are checking out of the place we paid money to use your facilities.

The location is great! Walking distance from all the attractions and bars, restaurants, markets, public transportation, etc. The facility is pretty comfortable and spacious.

We informed the staff about our needs for the late check-in and because we didn’t have any internet access we couldn’t read the email they sent us about the procedure of the late check-in. So we tried to call the number they left here for contact purposes but it took us a lot of time before we got in touch and got access to our room keys which is pretty frustrating. The apartment we got did not look like the apartment in the images of the one we booked. Some elements were similar, but it’s a different apartment. Also, during our stay there we found some bug bites all over our bodies and it looked a lot like bed bug bites.

STAFF - Roan was very helpful, very responsive and accommodating. LOCATION - The location was 30mins ride from Milano Centrale but very convenient as you only need to ride line 9 tram, walking distance from the tram station. The PLUS POINT is line 15 tram is just right in front going to Duomo, so amazing. AMENITIES - OMG, this apartment is so modern, clean, all you need and I Love it! VALUE OF MONEY - very affordable, worth the money.

It was clean and the receptionist was very helpful, answered all my questions. We did a late check in, because the reception closed at 18, but it wasn't a problem, the instructions were clear. It's about 20-30 minutes walk to Duomo and there are a few good grocery stores around the area. The room basically had everything you need and they clean the room every other day which was nice. The bathroom was very nice, but bring extra socks/slippers if you get cold feet as the floor is made of stone (to me it was a plus because I hate carpeted floors in hotels.).

I didn't get the AC the work, but I also didn't ask the receptionist how to and if you have heavy luggage, you must carry it down a few steps before you get to the elevator, which could be a struggle I suppose. The view from our room was into the courtyard, but we didn't mind to be honest, at least is dampened the noise from the "main street".

Very nice property at the heart of Venice. Everything was clean and there was someone to welcome us when we reached. It had large beds and kitchen with all required facilities for self catering.

No parking facilities and we had to arrange our own parking. The lady was nice to suggest some nearby parking though.

I was allowed early check-in which really made my stay easy . compared to other apartments there , this apartment has a reception staff during the day which makes it so much convenient to stay there to ask for any information . the apartment is very well maintained , very near to tram , restaurants and Navigli . it’s a very good location to stay surely.
