Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo

The hotel is centrally located. Beautiful hallways and rooms. The size of the rooms were huge. Bathroom decor, very nice.

The smell in the bathroom was atrocious! It smelled like sewage constanly. The bathroom piping must have issues. We had to close the door, so the smell wouldn't come into the room. The hotel staff, weren't very welcoming, compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip.

1. The hotel location is very close to the duomo area (about 5 mins. walking) 2. Bathroom was specious and shower area was big 3. Availability of a coffee machine & daily refill of capsules 4. Cold A/C

1. The parking is not within the hotel premises .. It was about 5 mins. walking & costs EUR 25 per night. 2. No available iron & iron stand, they only offer steamer upon request & with limited time to use 3. I have booked 4 rooms for me & my family, rooms in the 6th floor were noisy & they complained about housekeeping being very slow, but I haven't experienced any of those 2 issues in my room in the third floor.

the music from the rooftop bar was too loud late at night. we loved the bar but the music was too loud after midnight it just needed to be turned down not off!!

The location is absolutely fantastic, two minutes away from the Duomo and the shopping district. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet is of very high quality. Staff are very friendly. There is parking nearby which is a must when traveling to Milano by car.

The hotel is maintained well, but old - i.e. the a/c is noisy, the water in the bathtub/shower floods the bathroom floor and the elevators are small (fits about 3 suitcases). It's also very busy, so it feels like sitting in a cafeteria at breakfast (not the hotel's fault really).

I really liked the location close to Il Duomo and restaurants, shops, etc.

Beautiful room that has been fully renovated since the last time we stayed here in a perfect location. Sensational breakfast and stunning rooftop bar.

Well…we booked a room for 3 but when we arrived at 12.00 the sofa bed hadn’t yet been made nor was there a towel or toiletries for my daughter. We informed reception and they said they’d let housekeeping know and attend to it straight away. We went out and returned around 6.00pm. The bed etc had not yet been attended to so we rang reception and let them know. They said someone would come immediately bla bla bla. Another half an hour went by and still nothing. My daughter needed a towel as we were going out so it was becoming urgent. I think I rang 5 times in total before someone eventually came. This was seriously not on for the quality of the hotel and the steep price I paid. Very disappointing.

They gave us separate beds And when I asked them to change it They said we are fully booked So we left the second day

The hotel is excellent! But the parking lot which they collaborate with offered me a very bad surprise. I left on Sunday morning and I discovered a flat tyre. This is after I drove 3-4 storeys in the parking. My car has sensors and would have marked me if I would have pierced my wheel while driving. To sum up, I think that the parking guy cut my tyre in order to get some money from repairing it, whilst it was Sunday morning. The hole in the tyre was BIG, normally my car would have signaled me immediately and not after 2 nights.My car has run flat tyres therefore I left and inflated the tires in a petrol station. The hole was big so I drove home on run flats. Please investigate this for your own prestige.

The locación.Many of the places to viisit such as the Cathedral.are in walking dustance. There is also a few restaurantes close to the hotel,ra going from juanete to Chinese and Italian. The breakfast is good with an oncredibly large variety of choices. The one black mark were thecrambled eggs and bacon that were cold. The service was good, manned by Latin American citizens. Our room was good, large bed..the view was not that good. There were plenty of pods for the nespresso machine and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary and restocked every day. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant but it is not managed by the hotel. There are two sittings, at 7 an 9, the latter one one has to dress formerly. The service was not too good but the food was excellent. The view if the city is nothing to write home about.

I was unable to get the television to work and gad ti get on two occasions to show me how to work the machine. After that ì gave up as it was clear that the machine had won..
