Go Hotel Shnelli

Perfect location for my overnight after landing in Tallinn late and travelling by train to Tartu next day. staff were available and friendly - even at 1am when I arrived, breakfast and checkout both nice and late (7-11am breakfast, checkout by 12pm) - UK hotels could learn a thing or too. breakfast was also good, mix of hot and cold and good coffee. Train station is 10 metres from hotel, its basically on the platform. and in the other direction is the old town, perfect for a morning stroll to take some of Tallinn’s beauty in.

if being super picky, there was a hair in the bathroom and as a bald man, I know it wasn’t mine!

The location close to Balti Jaam and Telliskivi, along with the city center is the best feature. It is easy to grab an electric scooter, a Bolt ride car, or a train if you want to go elsewhere. We didn't use the opportunity, but you can even order food directly to your room. The rooms are big and comfy, and the pillows and sheets are to die for. If you are coming to Tallinn for the first time, this might be an excellent choice. The hotel had everything automated and there was no need for long conversations, or lengthy check-in or checkout procedures.

The staff didn't really know what is the deal with the sauna. They basically told us to write an email to the sales department. It was the weekend so they even weren't working so we ended up skipping on the sauna, unfortunately. The room is only cleaned if you put a tag on the door, which is fine (we placed the tag out 3 times so nothing crazy), however, the sheets were not changed every time, only once in 7 days, which was rather uncomfortable.

Awesome view to Toompea Hill from southeast side upper floors' rooms! Also very quiet, especially with earplugs you don't hear any traffic noise. Good location between the old town and Telliskivi, and very convenient if you plan to use trains or buses from Baltijaam. All in all good value for money.

The breakfast is very basic and could be a lot better, I honestly expected more. I was missing an option for flavoured sweet yoghurt, for example unsweetened natural yoghurt or greek yoghurt. Also the bathroom and toilet in the room hadn't been cleaned properly.

Overall the hotel is just in great location from my point of view, not the most touristic place but still next of current tourist hot areas. It's nice to take train to Ülemiste shopping center when willing to go nice shopping place. Even the hotel is just next of Train Station, there is no Noise in the rooms. Scnelli Resto is doing great job, food is great and price level good.

Pillow menu would be great to have, typically I have my own pillow with me but this time I didn't. I asked for other type of pillow, but there was nothing to offer.

Nice room with all basic neccesities we would need. Clean room and comfortable beds. Sound insulation was good. No sounds from outside even though the hotel is right by a busy road and train station. Very close to the old centre, just across the street to get up Toompea hill. The harbor is about a 20 minute walk. Markethall a 3 minute walk and supermarket next the hotel.

Nothing bad really, the staff could be a little bit more attentive to guests walking in. Just say hi or bye or smile.

Very good hotel just behind the old city walls, 2 minutes on foot to tram and bus stop, right next to train station (and despite all that it was super quiet in rooms!). The breakfast was amazing and very varied (eg. elements of English breakfast like bacon, beans etc., 5 types of different breads and buns, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits and much more!) , everything was fresh and the baskets were always refilled constantly. I will definitely recommend this place :)

We spend weekend in this hotel in December and it was a bit cold in bathroom (in room it was all fine, heating worked perfectly). Maybe it was because the temperature outside was about -15 degrees Celsius :) Of course it wasn't freezing cold in bathroom, just a bit less comfortable than in the room.

It is a very nice hotel with excellent central location. The room we got was with view towards the old town, and it was quiet, even though it is a busy street. The cleanliness was superb, and the modern design suits the Tallinn scene. Beds were very comfortable, and the staff members were very friendly and willing to assist if help was needed. Will be returning to this place for sure.

If I could think of one bad thing, it could be the shower head which could be changed, as the one from our room did not have enough water coming out. The setting was on the highest one, but still there was almost no water coming out. But other than this, everything was amazing.

The hotel is next to the train station and a 15-minute bus ride from the bus station. The only bus I had to catch was when I left, to get to the main bus station. You can use your credit card to buy a ticket on the bus for 2 euro, or use your Tallinn card if you have one and it’s still valid. The hotel is also opposite the Old Town, which is very convenient. There are plenty of eating places behind the train station or in the Old Town.

I always like a fridge and tea/coffee in the room.

Good location close to the old town, the room is clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. A wide choice for breakfast. Decently priced.

Poor isolation between the rooms (thin walls). Only on place I discovered the meaning of so called "shared rooms", as the neighbour turned out to be a fun of watching TV very loud till late night. Since the doors dividing the rooms cannot replace the wall, we were basically sharing the experience the whole evening. Besides, please note that the hotel is very close to the train station so some noise is unavoidable. Not for those who need a complete silence to sleep.

A good standard breakfast. The times for breakfast are really long, so you don't have to wake-up super early to get food. I travelled witha dog, so them accepting pets was really important for me. It cost a little extra (15€) to have the dog stay, but I'd say it's worth it, with the city center AND a park being so close. A big plus is free parking at the location.

I'd have to say there was nothing that really bothered me. One thing might be that the room was really cold upon arrival, escpecially the bathroom floor, but I turned on floor heating, so that fixed itself in an hour. Would have been nice to take a shower right upon arrival though. But it's understandable, since my stay was in the middle of 2022 energy crisis.
