Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn

Excellent hotel.Presentation and comfort, staff, amenities, and food in both restaurants were all top-notch without top dollar. Unfortunately the duty manager marred what would have been a perfect 10 out of 10 stay.

Cleaning staff serviced my room with the 'do not disturd' button on. I felt very uncomfortable as my passport, jewellery etc were unsecured and my personal belongings were moved around. Reception apologised and were going to look into it. When I mentioned at checkout I was a little surprised nothing came of it, the duty manager accused me of lying about the 'do not disturd ' being on, but no hadn't checked to see if it was working or still on! Her laziness, abupt manners, and lack of care unfortunately will stay with us.

Let me tell you... The food is here is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The breakfast spread was unlike anything I have seen in any hotel, so far.. Besides the available choices, there is also an added a la carte menu to order from and it is delicious! The restaurant staff are exceptionally attentive to your needs, always courteous and providing their impeccable services with a smile. The interior of the restaurant and the setting was amazing as well, you can spend hours in there without recognising that your time is far spent =) Room: The bed, ah! Comfortable! I slept like a baby and it was an enjoyable experience. Reception: The employees were lovely and even permitted a late check-out (2 hrs extra). I will visit here again and again and again :)

I really cannot think of anything wrong with this hotel... I would suggest more choices for lunch and dinner because the ones on offer are so delicious. I am curious to taste more =) The bathroom was smaller than the other Radisson hotels I have visited in the past. Since I do not sleep in the bathroom, this can be overlooked :)

Convenient location. Hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfy and staff friendly. The pool area is rather small but ok. Breakfast is also good and includes vegan options. The staff has always given me a nice birthday treat when I’ve come for my birthday but unfortunately it’s not been vegan so I was not able to enjoy it. However, it’s the thought that counts and the sparkling wine was a lively surprise.

getting vegan margarine instead of butter was a bit tricky every morning. They had “blue keiju” in the kitchen and it would be good to have it ready for vegan guests. I didn’t really get the feeling the restaurant staff fully understands what vegan is. However, one lady in the kitchen was really friendly and would make sure we get what we needed.

Breakfast was very good for a vegetarian/vegan. Alpro Soya cappuccino, vegan Chia pudding, tofu, healthy juices, prosecco etc. Spa was cute and relaxing. Many different saunas and 2 pools. Not very entertaining for kids, though. Room was clean, modern and stylish. I would go again just because of the excellent breakfast.

Our mini bar was locked and upon check-in the staff didn't ask for the credit card or tell us it would be locked. That was a disapppointment and caused us delay with our schedule. Telephone in the room did not work, when I tried to call to reception. These little things caused us frustration, experience was not perfect.

Lovely large room, with a comftable bed and a great bathroom. Room and the whole hotel had great athmosphere and nice design. There's an amazing rooftop terrace, with a bar and restaurant. Bar served great unique coctails, that tasted really good. There's also a nice spa area and gym that you can use and is inclueded in the room price. Would deffiently reccomend this hotel, we had an amazing stay!

Aircon in the room was a bit too strong for my liking. Check-in was a bit slow, but we did arrive just about 15:00 when check-in starts, so there was lines to the reception, but they also weren't moving very fast. But overall we had the best time and will come and stay again in the future.

The hotel was very modern, beautiful, the elevators super fast, everything was clean, very welcoming staff, one of the best breakfasts i have ever had in a hotel, im a picky eater there was soooo many options to choose. We also had the view on sunset side and it was insanely beautiful sunset

The parking wasnt easily accessible, it was like a maze without any proper directions and like how to get to it and few of the staff in the bar upstairs were judgemental and giving weird side eyes, first they said there wasnt any tables in the outside bar but when we went outside there were like 3 free tables.

+ Room + Cleanliness + Facilities + Staff (very special thanks to the reception and spa staff; they are 10+++++) + Relaxing massage was a heavenly bliss; truly wonderful + Breakfast was superb + Bed was huge and comfy + Amazing rooftop bar was a nice surprise

- As I booked the family suite, I expected to have a room from upper floors and a nice view. It turned out our windows faced some construction site / waste land, and was located in the 4th floor. Only a minor disappointment, though, and it wasn't the hotel's fault as they never promised a room from upper floors - There was an opened, empty wine bottle in our minibar when we arrived. Probably the previous guests had drank it and put it back so they didn't have to pay for it. Luckily, we found the bottle immediately after arriving, so we weren't charged for it as we took it to the reception and explained the situation. Again, nothing truly upsetting about this, but it would be good if staff had enough time to inspect the minibars thoroughly after each guest to prevent such incidents.

I like service, high level, which is extremely rare in Tallinn!

I didnt like only 2 things. 1. I have been charged for room service 11 euros , and my plate cost 21 euro. That’s 100 percent of charges!!! Is way too much and not normal. 2. SPA is amazing, but for my opinion SPA is for adults to relax, after hard day, after work, get rest , mind and body, which was not possible because of kids!!! I think if you might choose special time for kids to come to spa, that would be great. That works in best hotels around the world, ( I consider your hotel absolutely best in Estonia)

Clean, well kept premises. Nice views, especially if you happen to have one of the rooms in the upper floors. A comfortable, well functioning, though not especially large spa area. Excellent breakfast, everything you need and then some more. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

A premium hotel, such as this one, is many times somewhat generic. This hotel could basically be anywhere in Northern Europe. Also, if you're travelling with a car, make sure to ask for very very detailed directions, because of the construction works around the hotel.

don’t hesitate to reserve this hotel as it worth every penny you spend on! the front desk are very welcoming and Nicolas and Hugo made sure we have the perfect stay. the only hotel where you will see welcoming drink and sweets waiting for you when you are checking in. the interior is luxurious with the fastest elevator. the room was super clean with clean ironed sheet and big cozy pillows. the bathroom had a big and small mirror with lighting and the shower area was separate from the sink which made it having fry floor even after shower. the shower had temperatures on, and 2 different head with possibility to change the flow. it was the first hotel I saw they also provided body sponge which was super nice having it. the towels and bathrobes were fluffy and clean and big enough. the view to old town was a plus and the welcoming champagne made it more special. you could control the room temperature and ask for housekeeping digitally. the breakfast was 10/10 with champagne serving and fresh food and varsity of options from vegetables and sea food and a chance to order different dishes serving at your table without waiting in the qeue! the place had at least 3 big coffee machine with alot of options. the breakfast was top notch! We would definitely come back to this hotel again!

the only downside if I’m being peaky is the shower water pressure which wasn’t that much a problem and the small pool.
