Location and breakfast were excellent. Also the spa was a very nice plus.

We had a room from the 4th floor with windows to a busy street and a lot of traffic noise disturbed us through the night.

The breakfast was really good and taty, a lot to choose from. The people at the reception were very helpful and kind, really the right people in the right place. Location was very good, just a few minutes walk to the old town. Bus- and tram stops close to the hotel as well, if yo want to go around by bus or tram. We bought an Ühiskaart (bus- and tramcard) from the R-kioski opposite the hotel, does not cost much, you can load the card for hours of your choise and go by public transport around the town as much as you like. Definitely our choice next time we visit Tallinn!

The hotel's prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the city, with many of Tallinn's most popular attractions just a short walk away. This allowed us to make the most of our time and truly immerse ourselves in the local culture. The hotel's design was nothing short of stunning. The attention to detail and the tasteful décor created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep after long days spent exploring the city. hotel was the well-equipped small gym. It provided everything we needed for a satisfying workout, and we greatly appreciated the opportunity to maintain our fitness routine during our stay. Additionally, the pleasant spa center, complete with saunas and a small swimming pool, offered a truly relaxing experience that helped us unwind and recharge. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Their warm hospitality and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly elevated our overall experience.

I can't find anything to complain about

There was a lot to like at this hotel. Location is great, shower was fully enclosed (no tiny half walls like in most of Europe) and had excellent water pressure and temperature, lightly heated bathroom floors, large and thick towels, quiet interior rooms available, multiple pillow options, two free bottles of water a day, great a/c, friendly staff--really everything you could want. Big bonuses are the wellness area with small pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, as well as a small but well-stocked gym with treadmills, elliptical, rowing machine, free weights, weight bench, etc. Helpful and friendly front desk stafff, too

Jacuzzi needed to be hotter. Display said it was 34.5°C, compared to the heated pool at 32°C.

Stayed in a very spacious superior room with marvellous views on the Central Square. The hotel is ideally located with direct access to the Old Town. Square is also a hub to use the excellent public transport network. Interiors of this historic hotel have been renovated in a sleek temporary style. Staff is extremely kind and professional. Nice breakfast, good lunch menu. Airco, WiFi, hot water, ... everything is working perfect all the time ! Provided great breakfast box when we left on an early return flight.

To avoid contacts in these corona-days the rooms were by standard cleaned only every 3 days. We were not aware that they would also be cleaned on request by the guests. First 3 days waste bins were not emptied, towels not changed. But that didn't affect our overall excellent experience. Thank you, Palace Hotell !

It was quite clean, breakfast was ok, pool/sauna area was very nice, pool was super warm and nice

The main problem is the location near a busy street and the tram - the whole building shakes when a tram passes by. There were quite many annoying things that shouldn’t be in a so called 4 star hotel - no bidet or bidette shower in wc, a/c and heating not working properly (whatever settings you set, the room is at a contstant temperature probably set centrally, we had 2 rooms - 1 room facing the street was too cold), no shower in the steam room to wash the seats (elementary hygiene), ‘jacuzzy’ was too cold - only 34 C, should be 37-38 degrees to be comfortable

Coming from the airport the hotel is perfectly located at a tram stop and also right opposite the Freedom Square (Vabaduse väljak) from where you can easily access the old town on foot. The hotel staff was very friendly and showed fantastic hospitality skills. Check-in was very smooth and also the service team during breakfast time did a great job. We didn't use the fitness center but the pool and sauna- what a little gem and certainly highly recommended after having spent a day in the cold outside.

We had some difficulties figuring out how the light switches work. A little advice during check-in might be helpful. But apart from that we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

- don’t let the outside fool you, it’s a beautiful hotel from the inside. I found the egg theme quite amusing and charming. - big, spacious and fresh rooms and nice robes and towels - fabulous breakfast - every single staffmember from reception is awesome! - cosy SPAA and they also had a small gym - there’s water-giving-machines all over the hotel, we were very impressed by this and it was a nice detail.

- really, the location is one of the only thing that stopped it from being perfect. i guess you could walk anywhere in 30 minutes, but we mostly took a taxi ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - the first night, although we requested a double bed and the receptionist confirmed we had a double bed, it was two single beds pushed together and two mattresses which create a line in the middle that’s not comfortable. However, they resolved the problem the next day.

Great location when using the number 15 bus from the airport to the last stop(called Estonia). Then the hotel is on Freedom Square in the south so only a five minute walk into the main square then up the hill to the old part. Also tram and bus stops just over the road including the 21 bus to the open air museum. The triple glazing kept outside noise to a minimum - I am a light sleeper and it was fine. Great breakfast setting us up for a busy day sightseeing.

We could have done with a bedside table on both sides of the bed. Otherwise everything was good. The outside of the hotel looks a bit drab with the concrete finish but inside it is bright and modern.

The impression is just great! This unique hotel has just everything you need to enjoy your stay fully. Staff is professional in all venues.. Warm welcome. And smile on face is important. You feel yourself valued from the first minute. Room was clean and nice. Super comfy bed with pillow menu. We used them all. Tight and sweet sleep. Amazing view to the city, panoramic windows. Great sunset shots made. Bathroom equipped with amazing smelll shampoos and lotion. Hair mask and even bathsalt. Spa is small, but nice, clean and enjoyable as in the evening, also in the morning. Breakfast is rich, tasty, great quality food. Highly recommend to visit.
