Braavo Spa Hotel

The hotel is located in the old town and everything is easily reachable. Great SPA available daily and has a lot to offer. Nice and tasty breakfast. Helpful staff. The room was spacious enough for 3 people.

The room was placed on the ground floor and had a separate entrance door from the courtyard and no window that could have been opened. It had a strange smell every time when first entering but after keeping the door open for a while it was gone. No AC so the temperature in the room was about 28 - 29 degrees during the day. It had a ventilator and we slept with open doors that wasn’t the safest option. There was no shower curtain so everything got wet but you can take a shower in the SPA:) .

Such a great place. The rooms were cozy and clean, breakfast nice and fullfilling, spa had all kinds of pools and sauna's and the staff was really kind, caring and helpful. The location is amazing. The building is really interesting, which causes a little bit maze like experience, but there were signs everywhere and we never got lost. Ali of our group of ten, were really happy and positively surprised of the vitsit. Thank you so much!

Accessing rooms there were unavoidable stairs, which made moving luggage slightly more effort, but wasnt a big thing for us, since we did travel with just few suitcases.

overall experience was good but we left the hotel so sad and regretting why we had to even lodge there. My son forgot a pair of his new expensive designer slippers (flip flops) of about $150 in the room we lodge and we were certain 💯 that we forgot it in a hurry. After checking out and remembering that we left the slippers behind, I contacted the property and drove right back later to ask for it. But unfortunately who ever had cleaned the room never admitted to finding a forgotten item in the room after we left. There’s no way it disappeared to thin air ☹️. That was really bad and it spoilt our vacation and my son has been unhappy to lose his precious birthday gift.

The hotel is amazing, our stay was very pleasant. Check-in system is super convenient, we did it online before the trip and received a code. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The cherry on top was the SPA center: lots of saunas and pools. Location is superb - right in the old town. Would recommend staying here!

Breakfast was quite simple. Also we thought that having a kettle in the room would have been a plus, especially in Estonian winter weather :)

Excellent location, right in the Old Town - a walking distance from countless restaurants and cafes, various attractions. The spa offers a nice selection of pools and saunas. Overall, great value for money. The room was very clean and nice, with good wifi. Standard hotel breakfast.

The room was quiet in the evening and at night, but in the morning there was a lot of noise, maybe coming from the sports centre?

Simple motel with access to spa and gym. Neat and close to city. This place is for people into sports.

No fridge in the room. Breakfast is very simple. The 25m pool is used daily for water-gym from 9 to 11. A view to a parking-place. The curtains leak orange light from the streetlamps.

Clean room and great location

It was a prerequisite to check in to the room in order to generate the door code that was then needed to access the hotel room. The check in price wasn’t quite smooth, as the fields that were required to be filled in were not accessible and we had to guess what to fill in each field. The branding on the website didn’t quite match the look and feel of the hotel.

the location is perfect, right in the old town, walking distance from everything, the rooms were clean, spacious, warm and comfortable, the spa was AMAZING! And the gym also absolutely huge with loads of different areas, just fantastic. The swimming pools/saunas/spa areas are much bigger than expected, you probably need 2 visits to be able to cover it all, it’s just brilliant.

Superb location right on the Old Town. Access to a well equipped gym and extensive water centre is a plus. Helpful staff and good online check in procedure. Clean rooms.

Hotel is currently being renovated and does need some updating, especially the bathrooms. Later breakfast times on the weekend would be great.

1. At 7:30 the garbage truck arrived to pick up the huge garbage can and replace it with an empty one. Do you really think it is normal to do it so early? Right under our window. Horrible... 2. Water on the floor after taking a shower floods the entire area... No corners to the drain? Is it clogged? Check room 208, please ...
