Great location, secure facilities including off-street parking, and very friendly staff. The bed was quite comfortable and I loved the treat of having a bathtub - a rarity in Costa Rica! Very positive experience; would stay again.

If you are a person who likes a lot of natural light, this is not the place for you - the windows are limited and in many units, only go into an internal hallway rather than outside. This did not bother me, and there was plenty of indoor lighting to meet my needs.

The location is excellent, the property is relatively quiet. The kitchen presence is quite nice and the apartments are a decent size. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Having an electric vehicle it is WONDERFUL that we are able to charge our vehicle, a big benefit.

There is off street parking which feels safe and secure, however it is difficult to access and exit as the gate does not always open. At the least, there should be a sign posted with the phone number for customers to call for asístanse instead of waiting at the gate for an eternity or giving up and returning to the front entrance of the aparthotel. There is hot water, but the shower is only a trickle, which makes the showering experience less than desirable.

There is no breakfast offered. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean. There is hot water and, at least in our apartment, good ventilation, plus AC.

They advertise electric vehicle charge spot, but it isn’t actually available. Kinda false advertising. We’ve stayed here before, and were offered a jury-rigged plug in at a rate 3 times the electric company.

The location is good. The lodging space is generally ample, so as guests we did not feel cramped.

There is considerable wear and tear without renovation. The electronic card key didn’t work and the receptionist was unable to remedy the problem. The staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to assist, but were busy with complications and problems.

It was very close to our dental clinic and within walking distance to other shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was amazing! They are very helpful and kind. they accommodate to your needs. It was very safe in the hotel and around the neighborhood.

Friendly professional staff. Quiet, private,kitchen facilities, hot water in shower and bathroom, . Otherwise excellent.

Hand towels and face towels for bathroom needed, as well, kitchen cloth towels for drying dishes. Lacked hot water in kitchen and microwave bowls.

It is a no frills place but meets all the basic standards; it is our "go to place" when we are in town. It's walking distance, about 10 minutes, to a small shopping center which has a great supermarket. The cleanliness is super and the place is very quiet. There is safe and ample parking for your car. Check in and checkout is fast and efficient. Jenny is always a great help and willing to solve any questions you might have.

some things need updating but it’s a small well designed place . perfect for walking to businesses.

Awesome Staff, friendly and accommodating to my needs. My room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Although there was no TV in the living room I was quite contented with the one in the bedroom. If I remembered clearly I believe it was # 11. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Safe area. I say this because it's my second stay and I haven't experienced any issues walking to the restaurant's while it was still light outside. A five minute drive to Pequeño Mundo for a pleasurable shopping experience.

The common area was in total darkness when I exited my Room at 4am. I had to use my cell phone to see my way around. Would have appreciate if I was warned about it before to be more prepared. Eventually I found the light switch in the lobby. Thankfully after a while a lovely staff member came out to assist me in getting a taxi and all was good.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment; the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had good pressure with hot water. It also had a kitchen with all the basic necessities , with a dining table and two chairs. The living room had one sofa bed and a desk. All the installations were very clean. Check in and check out was fast.
