Oscar is a SUPER HOST. he will be there for you when need and make you a really nice breakfast. Simple but delicious and from the heart. It's a really nice accommodation, with kitchen ,private garage and little patio on the back If you want to workout or do yoga It's a quiet neighbourhood, super safe with supermarket and atm nearby. You may hear other guests but nothing that will bother you. Room well cleaned.

Oscar, the hotel manager, is an excellent person who takes care of guest needs promptly and in a very courteous manner. He goes above and beyond to make the guest feel comfortable and at home. He is a well-educated, respectful and charismatic individual. This, coupled with the great hotel amenities made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely book this hotel again if I had to come back to the US Embassy in Pavas, San José, Costa Rica for another appointment.

There is not anything I didn't like. Everything was great!

Second time here and we like the hospitality of the host. He is very friendly. The room is basic bit good. The shower has a good strong beam and is nice and warm. The rooms are very clean He helped me with a bucket and some soap to wash the car. The rooms are very clean. The street is protected by a security guard so it is safe to leave your car out at night. Close to the airport and car rental companies.

One of the mattresses was not very comfortable.

Great location, good host and friendly with very good service. The rooms are clean with a lot of natural light and make you feel good. Safe and good neighborhood.

you can hear a lot the noises outside of the room, no acoustic insulation. (in my room allocated)

The place is a house with several room options . I liked the neighborhood, which is peaceful with resuarants and supermarkets around . The bus stops to/from downtown is 2min away walking and cost 60cents.

Really nice, comfy, and clean. The host was very accommodating, let us use the parking, and was very easy going. Great short stay.

The location may not be quite central, the laundry was $10 and it didn't dry the clothes well. There is some breakfast included but it's just a sandwich and a brewed coffee. Though again the host is very nice.

Super nice owner, very accomodating and responsive. Very clean and neat facilities. Amazing overall stay, if we stay in the area again, will definitely come back. It was enclosed so we definitely felt secure which was probably the most important for us.

Comfortable bed, en suite with good water pressure, immaculately clean, a large living area and a large garden. Breakfast included with a drink. Genuinely nice, friendly and helpful host. Thank you for my stay Oscar.

Very good value for money. Spacious room and nice overal building. Room is very clean and has everything you need. Close to the airport. Friendly hosts.
