Hotel Cartagena Plaza

Executive rooms and lounge were just great. Recommended. Gives you space and breath when having an avalanche of tourists coming by while you are on a business trip needing things to go a bit more efficient. Excecutive rooms gives that peace of mind, with your breakfast and assistance on the room floor itself. Check in and check out way more efficient and easy.

The avalanche of tourists and mayhem on the groundfloor general lobby. When we got there , there was something going on with the elevator since a guest was complaining. During the stay we had no problem with that, so possibly that was fixed.

Elevators. Only 3 for such a big hotel. The wait is extremely long. Also, there is a problem with the air conditioning system of the hotel. This is our second stay. The first time, the air conditioner in our room was not cooling. We asked to be changed. The other room was barely cool. We went back 6 months later, still no air conditioning. Asked to change rooms. Same problem in the other room. Conclusion: Its a problem in the entire hotel!!!! Except the lobby.

This property was located right next to the beach. Meals were provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (very delicious and natural food & drinks). The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful beach view.

The bar could have had better drinks. Public bathrooms were not always clean.

clean, air conditioned, close to shopping. 5 min taxi to old town, pool, great breakfast with fresh Omelet station and fresh smoothies

although it was across from the beach, we could not enjoy it as local vendors were swarming around offering various services scaring annoying us. it was only on the beach, otherwise on the arrears no one bothered us

The staff was incredible and friendly. I didn’t feel alone. They were super supportive and organize something for me to my birthday. Its was kind from them. I eat at Lucia restaurant too, the food was sooo goood and the staff are kind and professional.

Great location. Super facilities. Very comfortable and specious room. Nice roof swimming pool.

The iron was burnt. I had white things and couldn't use it and had no time to swap it, so I had to leave in creased clothes.

The hotel was sea front and good location

The hotel works like human fabric .Too many people ,not sufficiant.elevators ,it takes 20 min to go up or down .Need to.rezerve breakfast . After a while they stop refilling food .So need to wake up early for breakfast

Staff is really nice, swimming pool not to busy so always a place to lay down , mostly Spanish people

The bar closed too early for our liking. Pool far too small for the amount of residents
