The staff was polite and friendly, eager to help! We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fine. The room was nice, clean and with a beautiful scenery.

The gym was ok but the exercise bar was too high for me. It was necessary to ask for a chair in order to reach it. A way should be found to include attachments that allow the safe use of all gym accessories. Additionally, the surface of the bar was very rough and might hurt your hand. It should be covered with some soft, non-slip material to allow a good grip when exercising. It would be great if you could start a bicycle touring program. For this purpose, you must have bicycles and offer tourists the option of a ride through the city. This involves including a helmet for the head, an instruction manual with maps and routes for cyclists, so that they can plan their ride, and a brief explanation of safety in the city when cycling.

All, Services and Facilities were very satisfactory. Except for the White Taxi Service, driver Ricardo Bula, who we used most of the time for the week including a full day at Hotel Aura Baru, offered by the driver, of corse charging the little extra, like he always did. This individual, takes advantage of the customer if you let him and let us down after he commited to take us to the airport at 3:00 am this morning, never showed up, answered the phone or sent a text message to let us know he was not going to be able to provide the service. This individual was constantly praising himself for his honesty and integrity, and we noticed it was not so. Other than this, we can say with all sincerity we enjoyed the stay and will go back in our next opportunity. Thanks for the good service. It was a pleasure to enjoy our breakfast every day with your friendly staff.

Great location , walking distances from several markets , a bakery ,& restaurants. Easy transport to/from the airport & old/new city . Very friendly and professional staff. Most know some or lots of English which is extremely helpful . Breakfast is descent , lots of variety to choose from .I would highly recommend .

My toilet was not cleaned properly . The room had this weird odor if the AC was turned off

Breakfast is always very good and the attention is impecable. Even at full capacity they manage to do a good job. Pool area attention is also very good. Food is fine.

The hotel has seen better times. Pool area facilities are old, specially recliners and tables. The administration staff didn´t honor the request I paid for to have an ocean-view room, arguing that they were full and that I had done the reservation through Booking.com, as if that would have been a handicap to get what I paid for. At the end they reimbursed the cost.

the staff is their best asset, facilities are kind of old but the room was great and the beds were super confortable. the price was crazy expensive, almost $1000 for 5 nights are like Dubai prices and we are talking about Colombia where everything is si cheap because of the pesos. the food was very expensive too, so we decided to hit a lot of restaurants near by for half price and same quality. the kids club was amazing specially for their staff, everyday different activities for the kids An especial mention to the person who chem us inn at the front desk, Valentina, she should be the manager of that place

THis is a template place for most Caribbean resort hotels. We booked one of the suites and it was a large room, with a balcony, ocean view, and bocagrande skyline view. Breakfast was good, nothing to boast about (the made to order eggs were excellent). We had 3pm check-in and took us until 4.30 to check-in to our room, which was an inconvenience after a 2 hour flight with 2 young kids. Wish the hotel staff would have done something to offset our initial hiccup. Said the executive lounge access was free, but that came included in our booking so no surprises there. The facility is clean, 3 different pools, beach access, kids play room and easily accessible to explore Cartagena.

The customer service was excellent, Andres, who checked us in was very helpful. The breakfast was really good, I like the options of four pools to choose from. Overall, We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer us. We will book again soon.

I didn't like that they we ordered the executive room package but the executive lounge was not open. BUT they did make it up to us by making sure we had snacks, beer and wine in our room every night. That was very thoughtful. They were also doing some construction on the side of the building we were staying on. They were going to accommodate us with a new room but then we realize we wouldn't be in the room the next day due to an excursion we had booked, so we cancelled the room change. All in All, they tried to accommodate every issue we had and I can appreciate that,

the staff are super kind and the facility is the Hiltons property, so you’d know what you’d get. Also I loved their beach, it was amazing.

I have two suggestions: 1. please replace the toilet seats, they are too old now, at least my room was 2. the same for the carpets

I loved the facilities. It was clean and very pleasant staff from the reception to bell staff. The facilities were very nice. The pools are well kept and clean.

I thought the service by the pool could have been better. The food ordered was not good. The nachos were served as chips with Guac only. The Quesadilla was oily and not tasty.

The staff specifically Andres and Juan(I think) were so hospitable and awesome I hey made the stay great.

The room was freezing and then couldn’t adjust the temperature, the water was so hot I burned my hand, there was no in between the cold and hot water but it was fixed partially. There was so type of conference and the concerts were late so I couldn’t sleep and we were not given warning about the music.
