Free breakfast soft bed

My room was always open when I returned from my outings for the day. I told the front desk housekeeping did nor shut my door all the way next day same thing. I'm glad nothing was stolen

A. Location and staff. B. Daily breakfast with hot and cold food C. Room was comfortable. AC worked great. D. Close to the beach although when it rains street to beach floods. I really liked this hotel and would recommend staying here. Very good hotel for the money

A. There was a constant air like noise from the AC, not annoying but constant. Got used to it. B. Constant problem on multiple days where the room card would not work on the elevator. Have to insert key in elevator slot in order to select floor(security measure). Front desk/reception/breakfast is on the 16th floor! Would have to go back to the front desk to get keys rekeyed.

Staff is great. Overall that's exactly what you would expect from Hampton -- one of the hotels in the network. Decent quality, room was pretty small, the breakfast -- fine, but m.b. the best component of the breakfast is the view. The pool is on the top of the building, pretty small but still quite good view and interesting experience.

Pricing via Hilton app was significantly cheaper than via Booking.com. Sorry, it seems that booking's lowest price warranty doesn't really work in the case

The staff were friendly and professional. Because I arrived early They allowed me to check in early with no issues. The room was very comfortable

The lobby was located on the 17th floor which was somewhat of a inconvenience, especially when checking out. Because all the rooms are below the 17th floor.

Breakfast: I liked it a lot Location: fantastic, it was right next o the beach

I thought the cleaning lady was kind of moody, Maybe because I did not tip her. The last night, I had to do without any towels, reported it to the lobby-- they said we'll send you some right away. I had to dry au natural. I consider an hotel like a Hampton by Hilton to be a world-class kind of stay to be having these menial problems. Oh well, no biggie..

Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. The room was extremely comfy and staff was very diligent. Pool and gym facilities were well maintained and clean.

I had no problems during my stay. It was an overall amazing experience. Would totally repeat it.

Hotel was nice - clean and efficient. Pool bar staff was EXCELLENT, as was reception staff - don't forget to tip; a lot of "cheap skates" observed.

They should warn people about curfews hours that change daily. We made the mistake of going out and had to bribe cops not to arrest us. - during COVID curfews, MAKE SURE YOU TELL HOTEL GUESTS ABOUT CURFEW HOURS AS SOON AS THEY CHECK IN. If you walk around after curfew, you will get "shaken down" -

Clean and comfortable. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

The elevator was a frustrating experience! You need to use your room card to access the floor you are on and half the time it doesn't work. Also, not the hotel's fault but I stayed there when a ton of high school kids were there for the holidays. It was unpleasant and crowded to so many kids all over the place.

The hotel is in a good location. A few steps from the beach. It Was clean and has a small fridge.

The breakfast doesn’t have many options. They have eggs daily and you can’t ask to have them made the way you like them. It’s always scrambled eggs. On the first floor the wifi doesn’t work and it was an inconvenience when you have tours and they try to contact you via whatsapp while you are waiting.

The pool was clean and neat. The location is good, near to shopping stores and restaurants. The staff was really nice, the room bed was conformable and the bathroom clean and modern, there's hot water, iron and hairdryer.

Not a bad thing in esence but things that can improve, the TV can be better, and the windows were not clean at all not from the hotel room or the pool so the suggestion is to clean them.
