Messier 53 Hotel Yerevan

Property was good and met expectations. Apt location well within city and at close distance to major attractions by taxi. Rooms were clean, staff, frontdesk and housekeeping both kind and helpful. Our requests were well received. They had an indoor pool (mind you lot of other hotels in the city didnt have one when I was reviewing them for booking), jacuzzi, sauna which was a plus. Massages are available at additional cost and were good as well, administered by a thai massuese. Wanted a quite weekend for myself and my parents interspersed with some daily sightseeing. Got that. Overall didnt let down. Happy with the stay.

The hotel location is good, reception staff are friendly, good food, menu with many options, great value for money. Worth staying.

The restaurant staff need major training on how to greet customers, how to talk as a waitress, how to be friendly. Basic English should be a requirement for every worker in the hospital industry. We struggled with the bar tender. Ac was not working properly in out r room for almost 5 nights, it was hit and uncomfortable. Soap in the bathroom stunk, did not smell good. I wish the hotel considers changing it.

The location is right across from the Vernissage market in Yerevan if one is looking for souvenir shopping. Its about a 5 minute walk to the republic square yet on the periphery to avoid the city traffic. It's a modern hotel with an absolutely amazing restaurant. One must try the meat pancakes, in addition to the choice of desserts and soups. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread with choice of eggs on demand and good service. We absolutely loved the local and international spread at breakfast. One must try the local mulberry and cherry preserves for breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed twice at the hotel, once facing the park and the other facing the road. Prefer the room facing the park as it was quiet and fresher. We loved always getting parking with the dedicated parking and concierge who was extremely attentive and helpful. A big shout out to the friendly reception staff.

The restaurant is busy and the limited staff could mean long waiting times if you are hungry. Some of the beds need to be repaired as they sag.

Messier53 is a perfect hotel for a family stay in Yerevan. It is pretty expensive, but the quality of service is worth it. The hotel has a spa center with a sauna, a hammam, a large open jacuzzi and a conventional swimming pool, all mixed-gender, which were included in the accommodation price. We have used these extensively to relax. The hotel also has a playroom for children. The breakfast and a la carte food is delicious, with large portions, and again, expensive. The staff were always helpful, giving advice on where to find ATMs and cafes, helping us organize a birthday party, receiving courier mail for us. The staff always remembered who we are and what we asked. The rooms are clean, modern, with a pleasant design and perfect soundproofing: even though there's a night club across the driveway, it was never an problem.

We haven't figured out how the temperature control in the spa worked: some days, the water felt refreshing, and some days, it was hot. But it was a pleasant experience anyway.

Off course from my point of view location was very good every requirements by walking distance only although I had a rental car with me hotel provided free car park , a reasonably large park across the street perfect place for jogging cycling etc,,, either it's new or fully renevated hotel very clean , breakfast was perfect for me . All the staff seem be very well trained and carefully selected ,

The only two minor things were 1- the shower wall in the toilet needs to be further extended so as to avoid water reaching in the toilet area . 2= The bed was to soft for me 😊 which I don't prefer while many probably do prefer.

The Hotel is simply Amazing! I definitely will come and stay here on my next visit. Location to city centre - great! It was hardly a 10 minute walk and it is located in a quieter part of the main city, so we were not disturbed by the endless tourists :) Food - we had lunch and breakfasts there during our stay and it was excellent!! And the cafe is so lovely and comfortable to hand around. The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff - I got the opportunity to meet with Narine and her team and they were amazing! I have to give a huge thank you to Narine for helping me sort out the taxi problems we had at the airport and she booked us up with the best guide company ( loved Lia) and she always made sure that we were taken care of. It makes the rest of the staying experience so much better! Narine and the team rock! The room was spacious - enough to fit two adults and a child - they even set up an additional bed before we came to the hotel - their service is great!

There is nothing to fault in my stay!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is well-located in the center, and the hotel is clean.

The air conditioning didn't cool the room, and it was uncomfortably warm for sleeping, at least 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, we were only provided with 1 toilet roll per day for 4 people, and we had to continuously request more. The children's playground is not yet fully completed.

Located in the city centre. SPA is useful and no people there, kids playground is great, breakfasts are fantastic! Rooms are big, full of light, comfortable. Attentive and responsive staff.

Some things are a bit old or tired or not maintained accurately, especially in SPA. Pools in SPA have too much chlorine. Eyes were hurting in jacuzzi. Restaurant overall menu is boring.

The breakfast had many options including vegan ones and varied from day to day which was nice. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a superior room with a small balcony, the room was bright and comfortable to live in. The staff were always helpful and the hotel is coventiently located.

The breakfast options could have been labelled as vegan or non-vegan to make the food choice a bit easier. I was missing almond milk or other plant-based milks for the cereals. No other complaints, it was a great stay.

This is for sure the best hotel value in Yerevan. WOW! A luxury boutique hotel with access to the center of the city for a steal of a price. You can't beat that.

This sounds SO petty, but the staff's uniforms needed updating. They were grey from washing, not bright white. It's a silly thing, but that shouldn't happen.
