Best Western Plus Congress Hotel Yerevan

Our stay at the BW hotel was wonderful. The staff was very attentive. Especially Ani, Hasmik, all receptionists. The room is nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and quiet. We will definitely come here again.

I have stayed at this hotel before but since it has had a renovation and is much more modern. The rooms are lovely and clean, slightly on the smaller side but more than adequate. The breakfast was good with a good variety and even hot, cooked food if you prefer. It would be nice if they had enough staff to serve the tea and coffees in the morning as you end up getting up and down lots of times to get everything but it's fine. The pool facilities are great. It was never too busy and very clean. The towels were always available. The treatment options are there however very expensive so we didn't use these. The staff at the reception were always very polite, attentive and helpful. We would most definitely stay here again.

Some more staff / service for breakfast however whenever we did ask for assistance they did help so not really a complaint. Sometimes there just weren't many tables available to sit at.

service is so-so (like many other hotels in Erevan) rooms are not at the same level than the lobby and reception, food can be better

I booked this hotel for me and my parents. - Hotel interior itself and rooms were really nice and new, everything was clean and tidy. - Beds were super comfortable to sleep in. - I also contacted the hotel staff earlier to ask if they could provide an extra bed in one of the rooms and it was provided already when we arrived. - Breakfast was superb and the dining area looked great. - Location in the center of the city is convenient enough to explore the city both on foot and to minimize waiting time for a taxi.

- There once was a case with hotel room card not opening the door, so it should be brought to reception for updating or whatever, but this wasn't something more than a minor inconvenience.

Excellent food!! and staff is very friendly!!

The room A/C was impossible to control and my room was a freezer! I ended turning it off and having to open the windows every now and then to breath! The bed mattress was very old. The rooms are tiny (not what you imagine from the photos) and noisy (I could hear my neighbor’s conversations and tv). I had a massage done by the pool but the music in the pool was so loud it was impossible to relax. The masseuse was very good though.

inside the room was way too hot 26c, had to open window from time to time. For restaurant, ordered dish of noodle to share with my daughter so asked them to separate spicy sauce on the side but they charged me for the sauce 800amd the sauce that supposed to put in the food only i asked to separate so my daughter can eat too. Ordered bread for 700amd and asked for olive oil and vinegar to eat with, got charged 800amd each!!

Great location, good price, very helpful reception staff. Good pool and gym.

Breakfast was chaotic, only open 2 hrs. 8 - 10 AM, so many people at once they run out of plates, bowls and silver ware. Long line for coffee machine as 2 out of 3 were broken. Low on food supplies towards the end, I went to breakfast one day at 9;45 AM was hard to find a clean table to sit at.

I found the staff to be excellent and friendly. Most staff spoke decent English and also Russian. The room was comfortable and spacious , as was the bed and our room was quiet. The location is excellent. it’s just on the fringe of the centre so it’s not as noisy as some locations but still within easy walking distance to Republic Square.

I really enjoyed my residency in this hotel and I will go there next time in Aug again. The room was very comfy, clean and the staff were all hospitable, friendly and caring. I love Armenia and I love staying in Best Congress Hotel.

The only thing is that the lift went faulty a few times especially on last day of my workshop that I had to be present there before 10:20 a.m. I was stuck in the lift for almost 3 minutes and I was scared to lose my workshop because we had to be in the salon by 10:20. I was lucky that the machine was finally released and I got out of it on 10:19 ! I wish they could give more services to both of the lifts.

Stayed at this hotel for first time but already twice this year. Have left a nice impression on me. Staff is well trained and met me with a big smile when I arrived at night. The room was clean, very comfortable, breakfast was rich and very tasty. Also want to mention the Bar which was open 24/7 that was a real happiness for my stomach at a late time😊. Definitely would highly recommend this hotel!
