Aviatrans Hotel

The Hotel is located very near to the republic square , Yerevan and have lot of options for many restaurants nearby which is really helpful if you are traveling for the whole day and looking for food nearby the hotel at the end of the day. The room given to us had a terrace with a view which was a lovely addition, we requested for a room with a view and the hotel surprised us with this suite which had a drawing room and a bedroom with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean, we liked the cleanliness maintained by the staff, we would find our beds made up and room cleaned everyday, kudos to the hotel staff. The hotel staff were friendly and approachable.

Even though we liked the hotel very much, I believe one area of improvement is the breakfast spread provided every morning. I thought that the breakfast spread was repetitive every morning and some more varieties would certainly help.

-We were upgraded to family room and had 2 bedrooms. -Huge, spotless, very modern rooms, powerful AC, bottles of water provided. -Excellent staff- friendly, smiling and helpful. -Hotel has its own (smallish) parking area. -Very well designed room- well thought out with enough storage space, place to hang coats/ jackets etc which was lacking in most of the other hotels we stayed at during our holiday. -Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety- you can order hot breakfast as well- choice of egg preparations, porridge etc. -Excellent location with lots of cafes/ restaurants within a minute's walk. 5 min walk to Republic Square -Excellent soundproofing in the room

Room don’t have iron , they aren’t wash the sheet during you stay there , I think it’s good to change the bed sheet everyday

All the members of staff we met were helpful and polite with a smile. We found our hotel room clean, quiet and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Masks worn by all staff and sanitizers everywhere. Thanks so much for such an amazing stay ! Love Armenia and the people that live there! I did really enjoy the location, it has the main promenade right across the street and a great Burger Bar around the corner. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a lot of space. Having a full bath is a plus too.

The minibar fridge is a bit too loud, maybe you should ask to turn it off if you're not planning to use it. The coffee at the breakfast could be better too. The wifi is slow, but there is good LTE reception so I just used a local unlimited SIM.

- Breakfast is good. Not much choice but different dishes every day. - big rooms. There is a lot of space, huge working table, comfortable sofas with chairs and so on. - location is amazing. Hotel is on central street but in your room it will be quiet - hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Including reception's help and cleaning every day

- wifi internet connection is almost absent. I was using my 4G on cell phone instead for entire period - beds are not quite soft as it could be for delux type of rooms

I would like to thank alllll the staff I dealt with the reception lady Ms Ani.. In the kitchen Mr Aram.. The doorman Mr Narek and the sweet lady for house keeping Ms Karine They gave to our trip a family touch.. I would thank the hotel management for the comfort and best service.. I rate this hotel with staff 100%..

The location is very close to Republic Square and Northern Avenue. Spacious rooms and they upgraded our rooms to deluxe. Breakfast was good.

No complimentary water for the second day! We stayed for two nights, but it was surprising that water was not provided by housekeeping for the 2nd night, when requested they mentioned that water is only for 1st day and need to buy from their counter at reception for the 2nd day onwards which was really bad. Not sure why they want to do this small annoying thing when everything else is good with the hotel

This place is a hidden gem. And I highly recommend this place for short and long stays in Yervan city. My stay with my family, wife and 3 kids, 22-25 December 2021, it was an excellent choice and very nice experience; the hotel is located in Abovyan Street, which is, in fact, at the heart of the most tourist attractive and active areas in Yerevan. 20 meters away from North Avenue, in local language : ( Հյուսիսային պողոտա, Hyusisayin poghota) and easy walk to the Opera Theater, Republic Square, Cascade. I stayed at the lexurious 2 bedroom, the room is spacious, very clean, and daily room service provided. The living room is literally huge with a 7-seater corner sofa, wardrobe with a safe, and acoffee table in the middle with a very comfortable king bed. 40" TV. The inside bedroom was good in size, a good space with two single beds, a wordrobe with a digital safe. Bathroom is spacious, comfortable, clean, fragrant, with a full shower tub <there was water leaking beneath the tub, but it was manageable by us to clean it> , and it's important to mention the "shattaf." Soap, showergel, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste and clean towels are provided daily and upon request any time through the day. Laundry service is provided with additional charges. Breakfast was included through my stay, which i can describe as very good. I didn't like that the same breakfast items are provided every day. Water bottles are provided only 1st day of arrival no matter how long is your stay, that wasn't an issue, there is a supermarket a 1min walk away from the hotel. No complimentary tea, or coffee in room, one day i asked for 2 cups of coffee, unfortunately, the kitchen works only for breakfasts, so you cannot order drinks/food to your room, however many restaurants and cafes are spread around the hotel and they are very easy to walk to. Staff are very polite, welcoming, and very helpful, and they speak English perfectly.

Quite spacious rooms. Very clean. Location is convenient though no views from room as it is surrounded by old residential buildings. Would have appreciated if they had provided water bottles everyday instead of just at the time of arrival! More of like you pay so much for the Location! North Avenue and Republic Square very nearby!
