DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre

It was a fantastic stay! The breakfast spread is alright. Special kudos to Andranik Ter-Karapetyan and Satanik who went an extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect! Also, car parking right by the entrance is helpful if you're having a car.

What a super, super hotel! Amazing staff, service and support exceeded my expectations (and such a pleasure not to be constantly pestered to write a review! but one is well deserved). F&B very good - try a sundowner in the lobby bar and food at the Italian. Front desk can't do enough for you and the hotel very well located :) Big clean comfortable rooms (though a slightly odd bathroom layout in the suites) Generally I recommend a visit to Armenia - truly steeped in history and lovely people. Do get a local SIM at the airport less than $10 for a month with plenty of data. No uber in Armenia, suggest 'gg' app there is another one but I couldn't download it. You can get a taxi from the street but you need to negotiate the price - as a woman alone I preferred to use the app.

A steam iron in the room is my only ask (there is an iron but not steam)

I would like to say thank you for all staff and service provided even though Yerevan doesn’t provide the best service comparing to many countries, this hotel is a true Hilton brand. Thank you to reception team for your assistance and guidance. Lovely restaurant Mora and it’s staff, food is delicious. Definitely will come back here again during my next trip to Yerevan.

The only thing which I don’t think can be fixed in the near future is the absence of soundproofing system especially in the rooms and the noise heard from the street.

The breakfast was good and you could order somethings to be cooked fresh. The room was clean and spacious. We could not open the window because a lot of mosquitoes came in. The view was great. The location was ok, close to republic square, about a 10 min walk. The staff were really nice and helpful. I asked for a late check out and they gave me until 2 PM to check out.

The wifi was really slow. The towels seemed ab little bit old. The room service food was not great, and each time I wanted to order something they did not have it and said the menu has changes.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the restaurant has amazing food, everything fresh and the breakfast is exceptional as well. The spa is free for hotel guests and the accomodation there is really nice and relaxing, definitely worth it.

Just one small thing, we thought they cheaped out a little bit when it came to toiletries. We had higher expectations for that, since it’s Hilton as well. For example we had to keep asking for toothpaste, toilet paper, cotton swabs, shampoo etc. We were two guests, for two nights and had only one of each product. Taking into account the pandemic and the fact that there is no cleaning every day, they should have put enough from the beginning.

High in Cleanliness, courteous and helpful staff, excellent location, good food and we as a family enjoyed the stay. Lobby manager and the staff at the reception including Marie was so helpful.

The staff was exceptionally good very very helpful and the presentation of everything was superb. The breakfast was too too good and they went out of the way to see guest are taken care it was served with smile and the reception staff was also very very helpful. Would love to stay back there. Very very central and perfect location . Absolutely value for money and will come back here for sure

Reception was good but always busy line to call, bellman was energetic and funny, FnB Manager Gor was amazing! Gor helped us with the issues we had with our couple dinner in the 14th floor and it was transferred to the restaurant. We also liked the hotel coz they have bidet, not like other 3 hotels we stayed before we went to Doubletree. Everything was good so far. We will stay again.

A lil bit off with the way we were treated 2x in the breakfast buffet by the female assistant manager. She should have handed off the mask when we entered the restaurant. She just gave it in our face in front of other guest and servers. 2nd day, we asked if its ok to do room service breakfast as we had early flight but her option was to pay 4000amd instead of giving other options. Thats the only bad experience we had. The place was a bit far from the center, maybe 17mins walk but its ok.

Great breakfast. Excellent and helpful staff. The spa is wonderful. Only a few hotels here have a spa so it was a wonderful treat. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. No issues with maintenance. Bar is open late unlike other hotels during the pandemic. Staff wore masks consistently.

Front desk staff were missing and busy with tasks so I had to wait more than once for someone to arrive. There are no restaurants close but the hotel has a nice menu.

Friendly and helpful staff. Covid is taken seriously. Good food (breakfast as well as at the bar), relaxing spa, excellent room (suite). Comfortable bed. Excellent wifi. Good location.

Suite (top floors): shower could've had a bit more power.
