Central Hotel

A high quality hotel with an excellent staff and attitude. Receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and have everything one needs. Breakfast is ok, but a bit modest. The location is exceptional, close to the Republic Square at the quiet street though. The hotel is highly recommended.

The rooms should be better maintained. One of the phones and the bath mirror light didn’t work in the Superior room. Breakfast should have more varieties. Lactose free milk, for example. The spa needs improvement for sure. The massage room is not good and not relaxing with this light and design. We had a bad experience with the massage scheduling mess.

Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Emilia (in the Breakfast Buffet area). Centrally located and a lot of nearby parks and shops. Republic Square is just few minutes walk away. It stands along the quiet street so you can enjoy your sleep in a spacious room. We love the overall ambiance, cleanliness and the fresh smell of the room too. My kid complimented about it too. Loved the winter garden restaurant too.

None so far. It would have been great if housekeeping staffs can also basically communicate in English. Despite that gap, our request were addressed swiftly.

All stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Very good sound proofing. Nice furniture, bottles of water in the room, all kind of packages besides standard lotions and shampoo - shaving, dental, sewing kits etc. Hotel is on quite street in short walking distance from restaurants, groceries and attractions. On Sunday breakfast they served ghapama which was a very nice touch.

A/C was not able to keep up with the heat sometimes. Breakfast was decent but not much hot variety from day to day - same sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs, No gym. Water in the pool was very cold.

Very spacious room, cozy, bright and extremely quiet. Very large bed, room equipped with sofa and desk. Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Excellent location, very close to the city center, restaurants and sightseeing.

Little problems were immediately solved by the extremely helpful staff. Some suggestions though for the hotel owners are: a) The curtains could have been darker so as to keep the sunlight out in the morning. b) Some music in the spa area would make a great ambiance.

Thd location was perfect, close to the Republic Square and most of the attractions, big room and comfortable bed, the staff was so helpful and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and if I come back I will stay again in this hotel.

The breakfast timing was too late. The international standard usually starts from 6:30am to 10:00 .. in central hotel the breakfast starts late at 8:00 , most tours starts at 8:00 which makes it challenging to manage .

The hotel is wonderful. It was even better than expected. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast Is amazing.

The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, the location is central and you could walk to many places, so the car isn't needed. But it was quiet enough. The personnel was very helpful and friendly.

No USB ports for charging devices, and the air conditioner was weak. The door in the shower was not closing properly, so we often had water pooled in front of the shower door.

The rooms are very spacious which is a very rare find. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. The bed is large and comfortable.The location is very central.

The shower height mount was not properly functioning, and needed fixing. The view is to the construction site and sometimes the sounds also reach you.

the hotel makes progress on the way from Soviet style to European style, the reception is much more friendly, they don't demand immediate payment after arrival now if you stay several days

the signs "don't bother" (electric or paper or even if you shout it) don't work, the service will get into your room anyway

Had a great stay at the hotel for one week. The staff was very friendly and helpful to organise some things for me. I loved the breakfast buffet: every day, there was a different type of cake, each tastier than the previous one. Location has not to be discussed, the hotel is around the corner of the Republic Square; yet its location is in a calm side street.
