from the moment I stepped in the lobby, I loved the property the scent was beautiful. morning breakfast was great and the to go bags are a plus. I really loved this property and I would stay here if I ever come back to the area. thank you for a comfortable rest… I really needed one Nefele my 16hrs drive back home.
the shower Head would bring up the elegance of the shower in my room the grab bar cover kept falling off and the USBs didn’t work. the electric lock was loose… I communicated this to the FD agent upon check out however this didn’t mess up my stay… please fix the USBs connectors that will help tremendously.

Clean and friendly staff. Large variety of food to choose from for breakfast. Perfect location with lot's of places to visit New Port, Bristol, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Lake Douglas, Gatlinburg come back to relaxing in the warm indoor pool or hot tub. Resting up in a comfortable bed to start over again the next day. Those on the go snack bags at front desk were an awesome idea. We were still enjoying your hospitality way down the road.
Hot tub could use a little cleaning. Need at least 1 firm pillow on each bed.

It was off the highway we were on to get to another destination. I love a hampton inn, clean comfy usually has a pool to kids' love.
I wish some of the rooms were more accommodating for families.

Everything was great!! Breakfast was amazing.. the staff where super friendly despite the “COVID “ meaning they would talk to you.. The only negative thing I could think of is the pillows… the pillows are horribly uncomfortable and they go flat as soon as you lay on them.. but that’s an easy fix.. I’m definitely going to stay here again

The indoor pool and hot tub was amazing. We needed towel because they were out and they were quick to give us extra. And then we needed an extra blanket and they were quick with that as well. We will definitely continue to use this hotel in the future.

The bathrooms in both of our rooms had slide doors for the bathrooms which did not lock. I would definitely have preferred bathrooms that locked. The hot food was just ok.

Customer service was great, and breakfast was good.
Bed and pillows were not comfortable and curtains didn't close all the way so street lights shown in room at night. I could hear street traffic all night.
