Quality Inn Dandridge

The breakfast was good and the location was great. Easy access to family members living in the area. Easy access to places and eateries from the motel. Housekeeping was good. It was nice to return each day to a clean room with linens replaced daily. House keepers were friendly and the front desk were courteous and helpful with questions we had. We would stay again.

The fact that booking.com doesn't give discounts to AARP and AAA members.

Convenient location. Cute. Really nice staff. Clean areas. My room was cleaned up so nicely daily. The breakfast area was very nice and clean!

It was very obvious, even though the room was non-smoking, the room had been smoked in. It smelled of stale smoke. The air conditioner rattled and the lights dimmed when it turned on. They definitely want to have the compressor looked at.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

I didn’t like the Booking.com experience. I requested a smoking room. The reservation confirmation noted it was a smoking room We did not receive a smoking room 😞

Good breakfast selection to choose from. Pool area was clean and inviting so we just sat and relaxed since the water was too cold. The chair in our room was uncomfortable but on our 2nd day all chairs in the hotel rooms were replaced. Great job. Staff was very friendly.

I thought the bed was very comfortable but some of the pillows were too squishy so could use replacement.

Breakfast was very good. We had never been to this area and the staff was very helpful as we navigated around the area, We were going to request adjoining rooms and they had already taken care of that prior to our arrival.

It was very clean! The breakfast was on point! The pool was very nice. The rooms themselves may not have been elaborate but cleanliness is more important to me than that. The WiFi was really a huge benefit as I was needing to be able to work on school stuff it was very dependable

We like the location, and smoking room availability and Donna at the desk was very courteous! The price was also very affordable.

The microwave could use updated to a more user-friendly type. It was either "no nuke" or "nuclear hot." The HVAC unit in the room is too big for the area and kept short-cycling, causing excessive humidity in the room.

Location was nice. Breakfast was delicious. Nice area for walking our dog.

Not enough hot water A little bit noisey at night They were very much concerned about the towels, like you were going to steal them, if you wanted a clean one you have to trade one for one.. And the TV was to small for the room. The room was a non smoking room but it had cigarette burns on and in the bathtub. You also had to flush the commode 4-5 times to get it to flush. Also not enough sitting room to eat, when the hotel got full, people had no place to sit and eat.

Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by "Donna" who was amazing. Property is clean, well maintained and exceeded our expectations. Two tips, one call the direct number to the location not the 844 corporate number. And two, if you prefer a quiet room ask for one on the backside opposite the highway. Would have rated a perfect 10 if the salesperson had simply honored the online price.

Called the 844 number to book a last minute reservation as I prefer to speak with someone rather than book online. Guy was a total "used car salesman", but not in a good way. When he quoted me a price $40 higher than I was seeing on Booking.com for the same room I questioned it. He said the rate was less, but "taxes" added nearly 50% more to his price. I went back and forth with him, finally hanging up, booked the room online and called it a day.
