The breakfast was well stocked and clean area. When one of the items got low, I believe, a manger was telling each diner that more was coming and fast and efficiency was replenished. Room was big updated and you could smell the sheets were clean. Great value did not expect such a nice room! Bathroom was nicely updated and very bright plenty of clean fresh towels. The attendant at check in was fast and so friendly. Enjoyed the location away from the hustle and bustle. Indoor ool very warm and fairly clean it's just smaller and most likely in high demand. Easy trailer parking. Outside was being cleaned up when we arrived.

Nice quite place in a good location close to the highway, but away from Peigon forge crazy traffic. Nice and clean. I also like how the sink and bath and toilet were in its own room. Almost every hotel in this area has it set up with a very small bathroom with no sink or countertop the sink and counteracts are next to the beds which is ok for 1 or 2 ppl but with a family washing ur hands or brushing your teeth wakes everyone so I'm glad this one was more of a traditional setup with everything in the bathroom. I also liked how the bathroom has full size shampoo conditioner and body wash.

I only have a few issues with this hotel 1st being the cleaning lady decided to start Vacumming the hall at 9am with a super loud vacuum that woke us all up. 2nd was the mattress need to be flipped and or replaced our first night I slept next to the clock and center table where the plugs are and it felt like the springs were pressing hard again my back woke up feeling like I got ran over switched sides and didn't get the same pain unfortunately my son had the same issue so we were forced to alternate sides.

Our room and bath were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast has gradually improved since we have been staying at this location off and on for over a year.

This hotel has been remodeling and updating for a while now and looks better each time we stay. There is still some work needed on maintaining the landscape and beautiful large planters are begging for someone to plant them professionally. There is one planter with a few random petunias but there are several others scattered about that need to have some creative planting. It would give the new lobby a welcoming facelift to have the planters looking good. Also, the effort in updating is apparent but the workmanship is poor. The cleaning staff is excellent and busy all the time, mopping, sweeping, tidying.

Either the property was recently completely remodeled or relatively new, but in excellent condition; felt only a year or two old. We have visited the area a few times each year for many years and stayed in Pigeon Forge. This was the first time staying in Sevierville/Kodak. The location did not create any issues getting around to our favorite places in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the Smokies. However, don’t pass up exploring and enjoying all Sevierville has to offer - a great town.

This is not a negative to me as traffic and driving “on the strip” can take time anywhere in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area, but your drives will take longer to get to those areas. But take your time and enjoy the area.

Our room was amazing! It was very large and spacious, our bed was incredibly comfortable, they had the a/c set to cool before we got there. The staff was 10/10 polite and very easy to talk to if you needed anything. Products provided during stay like toiletries and coffee bar were high-quality, including name brand hair products and coffee creamers. It's located right off a busy road and there was absolutely no sound at night.

The toilet paper was a little low quality. It ripped or dragged during use. Besides that, everything else was a 10/10.

The lady that checked me in at front desk was very common… she was very hospitable. I wish I would have gotten her name but I was checking in late on my night of work, rushing and didn’t take notice. Working folks and I would assume people traveling for leisure greatly appreciate that luxury. To the person who checked me in on my birthday, Dec 19 around 1745 I appreciate you. To be a hotel that allows pets, this place is very clean. I Have pets at home and trust me you can’t tell they allow them here. I would much hear a barking dog the whole time than a disrespectful human. Great place to stay❤️

it’s minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 30 mins from Gatlinburg (depending on traffic). Very clean, beds comfortable, water pressure great! Pools are awesome! breakfast options are great! couldn’t of asked for a more comfortable place.

location of outside pool is on the side of the building so you have to walk through the parking lot and drive area to get to it. a little scary with kids but doable. more chairs/loungers for the outside pool area in case it’s busy.

Nice area everything was really close to get to. Breakfast was good. They only lady on staff that night was great!!

There was only one person on the night shift and she was everywhere trying to help the customer. Would have been nice if she had help. Some one should inspect after rooms are clean. I had a small problem but the one lady that was on staff did her best to help me out!!!!

Breakfast was good, our kids loved the heated pool, convenient location, staff was really nice!

We booked our room and everything was all set, but when we got there to check in we were told there were no more rooms, (not their fault, it was booking.com’s fault). However, the man at the front checked 3 rooms for us that guests had checked out of earlier but they hadn’t been cleaned, and even cleaned one himself just so we would have a room to stay in. He was super helpful and I wish I remembered his name!

we’ve stayed here a few times before, for a week and a few days. the staff is always nice. i love the location, price, and cleanliness of the place. We love that there’s and indoor pool with hot tub combo and an outdoor pool. the fact that dogs are welcome is fantastic!! we’ve stayed at a few dog hotels recently and I’m impressed with how most the time you can’t even tell- no issues with poop/smells, no up all night or excessive day barking-obviously you’ll hear some from time to time but it’s not inconvenient. we stayed at other cheap hotels in the area and this by far is the nicest. would definitely recommend and of course come back again.

nothing really to complain about. breakfast is the same EVERY day so if you stay more then a few days it gets a lil old. they other day they ran out of eggs and didn’t make more - there was still an hour left. maybe they ran out.
