Karla was amazing at the front desk! I never felt like I was asking too many questions and she went out of her way to make my boys happy and welcomed at the resort.

The lady at the timeshare/in house concierge counter. We were ready to learn more about a timeshare and was asked for our address. Never was told ,until I heard from another employee, it was for a soft credit pull. I felt violated, and I should have been asked. Turns out, due to Covid, and my husband almost dying in February from Covid complications (he was in ICU for 2.5 weeks), I was in charge of bills and taking care of my entire family until my husband was well enough to go back to work, 2 months ago. That is why my credit dropped, and I guess not good enough to qualify. I was told that there was "no marketing in the area", as she turned her nose down at me. Unprofessional, pretentious, and unacceptable behavior.

I liked that we could all fit comfortably in the condo. There was a full kitchen and washer and dryer we could use. We loved having access to the indoor water park. The common areas ( elevators, hallways) were clean.

The hidden agenda of trying to get you to buy into their time share. The charge of a security deposit because I was not a Wyndham club member. There was constantly people running up and down the hallways during the quiet hours.

2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. kitchen was well equipped. Large dining table made the unit feel very spacious. Having a washer/dryer was great because we could dry towels and swimsuits in between water park sessions. Soaky Mountain was fabulous!

The timeshare staff was very pushy in trying to get us to listen to their 90-minute sales talk. We must have said no five times before they relented. Still got a phone call with more attempts the night before checkout.

This property had every amenity there we needed. All we needed was the grocery store local to have food and could have stayed here for the week with all the fun at our hands,water fun, bowling,arcade,mini golf and golf. Amazing friendly staff. Loved the contact through my personal phone messaging to the front desk!

The property needed lighting along with walkway path to the indoor water park at night time.

Our room was very spacious, which was hard to determine by the online photos and exceptionally clean!! The room key wristband was also a plus with teens that misplace the card key regularly.

The only thing negative in the room would be the water pressure in the shower, and that could probably have just been the shower head.

We absolutely love our room and where we were located. We loved that there was a lot to do, and the out door waterpark.

The thing we didn't really like was the indoor waterpark. My husband is actually a pool tech for another resort and he wasn't impressed with the cleanliness. I know myself was in the toddler pool with my daughter and we were walking around the back where the slide was and I had seen a BM, which I know this pool wasn't being watched by a life guard either so I totally understand that things happen but still was grossed out. However we still had a great time.

Our two bedroom apartment was wonderful with extra comfy beds. our granddaughter thought the Waterpark was awesome. Security was great. We were three women & a child. We felt very safe.

Parking sometimes was hard to find.

It was conveniently located near the indoor pool.

The showers are very bad. It was too bad to wash my hair so I used the shower in the indoor pool to wash my hair.

We liked the friendly staff, the amenities, the clean and comfortable rooms.

My 2 year old granddaughters life jacket got stolen while we went to the restroom 😞

Soaky mountain! Also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a kitchen made for a very comfortable family stay.
