Sleep Inn Sevierville

It is apparent that the hotel has been renovated recently. Nice job! The bed was comfortable and room refreshed daily. The breakfast offerings were more than adequate including biscuits and gravy. The young lady at the breakfast station was constantly cleaning up behind patrons and restocking breakfast items. Nice job! So grateful that the air conditioning kept up with the heat outside, temperatures in the high 80s.

Nothing to do with Sleep Inn. The weather did not cooperate kindly!

Breakfast was great. I love that it is pet friendly. There was remodeling going on however it did not interfere with us at all. No noise or anything. I was really impressed with the beds, they were so comfortable.

Just a couple of unfinished remodeling things. Stairwell still needed painted. Shower door in our room (which was a beautiful door) still bottom gasket. I'm really nit picking here.

We loved everything about the Sleep Inn! This was our 2nd time back the first time was our very first trip just my husband &I in room 209, this trip was the first vacation with our 2 daughters in room 212. So close to our 1st room, seeing it everyday brought back so many great memories. The breakfast was so amazing we looked forward to it every morning of our stay. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be back. We have found our forever place to stay while in town for vacation. Thank you to everyone at the sleep inn for being so kind and so hard working. We can’t wait for our next visit. ~ Sandra Dotson 💜

Food was great for breakfast. The staff constantly cleaned the area while I was eating. I even tipped one young man the morning I eat breakfast. It didn't hurt that the Pancake House is right beside the motel. We will stay again

One morning housekeeping came by a little early (9:15). I told them it would be a while. We left at 10:30 and when we got back at 4:00pm our room wasn't cleaned.

everything was clean!! there was no bugs!! my husband is an exterminator and we always check for bedbugs before we stay and there was no signs of any bugs. the staff was extremely polite.. I was allowed to have my dog with me and I appreciate that!

the shower head was very short I am 5ft 6inch tall and had to stop slightly.. and the toilet paper is the worst toilet paper I have ever encountered.

we were close to the door with minimal noise and walking. we could use the dining room after bfast and was able to get orange juice during afternoon hours. bfast came with the cost and they had multiple options. I requested no spray in the room and that was honored. Staff was really nice and respectful.

eggs and sausage didn’t taste like southern provided. Toilet was to low. I should have requested disability room. air conditioning was blowing out musty air. bed was to hard but perfect for companion.

Breakfast was very good. Many options to choose from such as, gravy, biscuits, sausage, eggs, cereal, toast, pastries, fruit and juices. The attendant paid very close attention to everything to make sure that everything was full. She was constantly checking the food and restocking items as they got low in addition to cleaning. The beds were very comfortable and maid service was great.

Breakfast was really good. The lady working there kept everything full & clean. Nice selection of breakfast foods & fruits. Great juices too. Also the cleaning people do a great job of cleaning & straightening you room.

Only thing we would change would be a little more central location, but even this was not a disappointment.

cleanliness, plenty of options for breakfast, staff was very helpful for everything i needed help with. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and they keep extras of things that can be forgotten and was provided with that extra, free of charge.

The ONLY thing that we really didn't like was the shower. The shower doors were not thought through when built. While taking a shower, there is edges on the glass frame allowing for the water to go out on the floor, but the shower is well big enough. Had a VERY few amount of bugs; nothing that really grossed us out.

I had a cat and the base of bed below box spring had a crevice or gap my cat kept wanting to crawl in the "cave" under bed. I had to disassemble the entire bed...pull off box spring and mattress to get her out as she gets an insulin shot twice a day lol Not fun when you are dressed to go out. so a designated "pet room" you might seal up the base of bed for us pet owners with curious pets . I finally sealed the opening between the base and boxspring with pillows...but noticed when I did pull the bed apart, there was peanuts and some trash under and behind baseboard...so might be good to have room service check under the bedframe and clean as I saw trash under there . Overall the room was clean good breakfast and location.

carpets in hallway could use steam clean...as the ac is not running in halls it had a musty smell as you got off elevator the room ac was fine and room overall clean
