Check in lady was awesome. Of course no breakfast because of C19 but that didn't matter to us. If u really wanted breakfast a McDonald's is right beside the hotel. Check out guy was great as well. Water pressure in shower was good. Nothing bad to say about this place

When we got there the first room had a really bad smell. They gave us another room and it was fine. The rooms are still dated with carpet. The bathroom could use help but we were satisfied. We usually do not let room service come in and this time was the same. We asked the house keepers for extra towels or just anything and they were very nice and accommodating. Hopefully renovations will be done but we would stay again.

Carpets outdated. The bathroom could use work. The shower spout was hanging out and the tub, well needed a new one.

This is a good hotel for the price. The room was neat and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The décor was nice. Wifi signal was excellent. Nice television! Pillows were very nice and plenty of them. Ample parking and the room was quiet, the hotel is well built. No excess noise from outside. Very good place to stay on a budget!

The young lady at the front desk was not friendly. She was not rude, she just wasn't friendly. There is no ramp to access the walkway near the handicap parking. It isn't easy to roll a walker or luggage on to the walkway.

My wife and I have been staying here for years upon years. Generally speaking, we are satisfied with the accommodations. We understand that we are staying at a budget hotel. That is by design. I booked a room for one night on booking.com and upon arrival we were placed on the third floor. No problem! However, Upon entering the room it had the distinct odor of cigarette smoke, the tub was literally peeling, and the room was worse for wear. Upon checking in I asked if we could be on the first floor. The young lady at the desk said, “That since we booked it on booking.com we had to be on the third floor or above.” After seeing the room, I guess if you use a third-party booking system you get a substandard room. Once again, we are generally pleased with our accommodations but this time the room was unsatisfactory.

Room 334 needs a makeover desperately. I’m not sure why rooms have to be in this condition based on the income of this hotel. Very poor look for Days Inn Apple Valley.

Everything was great! Great value! Was quiet location. The jacuzzi worked perfectly. Was close to the outlet malls. And very clean! No bugs! Staff was friendly and helpful! Will be staying here again!

The SIZE of the room was great . Plenty of HOT water for showers . It was PEACEFUL without excessive noise . GREAT location with several food businesses within walking distance .

There was no ICE MACHINE access . There was no BREAKFAST included.....time to stop using COVIN as an excuse to not offer Breakfast . Other Motels are offering Breakfast with your stay . Need to revisit that rule . One other thing , and its not a big deal, is that Me and my wife are senior citizens and would have appreciated a room on the GROUND LEVEL, but in saying that , there is an elevator on site to use, so that was very helpful .

The room was nicer then i expected it to be. We end up in a handcap room. it was nice and it was a big help.

The pool outside looked alittle dirty. And when i arrived I DID NOT KNOW that you have to give a 60 dollar deposit . What would I have happen if i didnt have that at the time. It wasn't in the plans or budget. Would I have had to find something else.. Even though my room was PAY for BEFORE i got there.

Our room was clean. I liked the pool but it was very cold for the middle of June in the south. Not sure if there were repairs done recently or what, and then had to refill. Loved the fire to sit by.

Parking was difficult, the breakfast room was closed due to construction. Middle of June seems to be an odd time to do that. Again, maybe there was an issue and it needed done right then.

Nice to have a smoking room.excellent customer service.very clean inside and outside.no bugs..bed was very comfortable. No water issues. No heating issues.

I think the price could be a little cheaper. While it's true, everyone goes up on weekends to do so between $60-$70 is really stretching it...to get out if the hotel parking lot you have to wait till someone is polite enough to let you.

Breakfast included cereal and make your own waffles.

Asked for 1st floor due to knee issues. After booking through booking.com received email from Hotel stating that I would need to change my reservation for a 1st floor room. Didn't make sense with me as the option for 1st floor could only be a special request when booking. Once arriving at hotel, 1st floor rooms have been remodeled and our room was rather outdated. Still a value except for the paint peeling from the tub.
