Hampton Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge On The Parkway

We’ve been to pigeon Forge a ton and stay somewhere new each time. That will now end bc we have found a hotel we both loved. we loved the location. the rooms were nice and clean. we got the kitchen king Suite with the separate living room off of the bedroom and it was very nice. we didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled amazing. most hotels make you wait until check in time. we was able to check in 2hrs early.

no silverware that we could find. but had plates.

The breakfast was awesome each morning. Most of the staff were very friendly . The beds were comfy.

I’m not really complaining or saying that I didn’t like it, but there wasn’t a lot of places to sit and eat breakfast comfortably at a table for the capacity of the hotel.

Everything was clean, and very nice staff. I loved that this was not in the center of everything but close to everything. The rooms were nice, clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really i didnt like. I would have liked alittle more breakfast choices but that is understandable with the prices of food these days and most free breakfasts dont serve everything anyways but what they had was good and fresh.

Walk INS got a much much lower rate than us and we scheduled in advance.

The location was perfect us. I love that it has a kitchen in the room with a full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and sink.

The pull out couch was uncomfortable. You had to ask for maid service they didn’t check daily. Not many channels on the tv.

Everything. The location was perfect. The staff was so friendly and nice. The room exceeded our expectations. It was like a mini apartment instead of a hotel room. If I was single I would love to have an apartment just like that. It had a closet in our room and in the hallway leading to the kitchen/living room. It was very clean and comfortable. There were guys doing maintenance to the building the whole time we were there but we did not mind. We felt like they wanted to keep the property looking nice. This has become our go to hotel the next trip we go on vacation.

The only thing I was not happy with was they had a bathroom trash can for the trash can in the kitchen. Way to small. Everyday the staff had to empty it for us.

Was the perfect location, close to the outlets and our favorite restaurants. Easy to get in and out of. Room was clean and inviting, and the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff

Only 1 chair in the room; 2 would be more convenient. The door to our hall had a sign stating it was locked and required a room key to open it after 11 pm. I in no way felt unsafe at this location, but either lock the door or remove the sign.

My only complaint is I called the hotel after booking for 4 nights to inquire about the pet fee and was told that it was $35 per stay. I repeated it to the lady that it was $35 per stay and not per night. She said that was correct. After checking into the hotel I found it was $35 / night. So a $35 charge turned into $140. Huge difference and it’s enough to make me use another hotel next time. Other hotels in the area do not charge this exorbitant fee as we have been to the area 4 times in the last 6 months and know this first hand. Tell the truth!! That is bait and switch

The room was located close to the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was varied and very good. Due to a commitment, we had to stay in the room for most of the day Saturday, and we found it fairly comfortable to do so. We requested a room on the upper floor and a bathtub, and we were accommodated on both requests.

The bathtub did not hold water, forcing the tub to be refilled every 10 minutes or so. The tub faucet also dripped. The hotel hallways didn't appear to be as clean as the last time we stayed here.

Breakfast was fine and filling. Pool hours convenient and was during daylight hours. Hot coffee and cookies provided at 6:00PM. Pet friendly.

No room service. You had to get fresh towels and empty trash etc. They made in as convenient s possible with limited staff. Internet was slow and you had to pay for an additional upgrade. Exercise room was an embarrassment. Only 3 machines available for a large hotel.
