They put me on the 1st floor honoring my request for a room with no steps even though there is an elevator. The room was big and roomy, very comfortable and clean. Even though booking. com says the continental breakfast is an extra charge of .10 per person per night it is actually free and included in the price of the rooms.
They have 2 toilet paper holders in the bathroom and that is all they put in the room for a 7 night reservation. If they used the bigger rolls that are made now that last longer that probably would have been plenty but the rolls were the smallest I have seen in a hotel and only 1 ply. Basically because I stayed in my room most of the time I went through one roll a day. And I waited until I was completely out before asking for more on my third day I only received one roll. Basically what I want to say is people don't wait until you run out to ask for your toilet paper. This is really the only thing I did not like about my stay.

Pros, I've been coming here now a few times. It's very convenient. Showers are good pressure and clean. Bed are descent for sleeping. No signs of bugs! Pleasant workers. Don't wait more than a day for security deposit to be returned.
One time I came I wanted an early check in and when I got here my room wasn't ready hours after I was supposed to be there and I had to wait in my car until it was ready, bright side the house keeper got the room ready quick an I didn't wait long. Another time I had issues with my reservation and needed to speak to the supervisor and after three days of me calling and leaving messages, I got to speak to him. But he did fix my situation. Only other thing that wasn't good was the one time I stayed in the one room, it was near the pool so maybe that was why, but I had an awful smell.

Pigeon Forge is a great place to visit. So much to do, friendly and every store you'd like. The motel is nice, has a free breakfast and the rooms are on the larger size and are comfortable and have a fridge, nice shower over the bath and bed is comfy. Staff - especially the night staff- are friendly and helpful. Found the big armchair comfy to watch TV - Lucky there's only one of me - desk has two chairs but only one armchair. Air conditioner and heating work well.
The carpet is very forgiving, but I walk in bare feet a lot and noticed my feet got dirty in my room. I am on the ground floor near the pool and the lights come through my curtain at night. Curtain needs to be a bit wider than the window. Surprised the beds weren't serviced for a 5 nights stay. Towels were swapped over a lot and bins emptied, but would have liked bed tidied. Pigeon Forge was very busy for a hot rod show so traffic was manic and it was difficult to get in and out and across all lanes on occasion.

Didn’t do the breakfast. Loved the location up on the hill. Pretty view. Getting out sometimes was a little slow. BUT unless you come out at a red light no matter where you stay in PF it can be a wait. The hotel was pretty darn cheap compared to other area places and I was a little nervous. Turned out there was nothing to be nervous about!. Our room was clean, had a very comfy chair and the bed was pretty comfy too. Would stay here again!

There were not a lot of guests so it was quiet. the location was close enough to shops and attractions but not right in the middle of everything.
Check in was really slow and the attendant seemed confused with everyone’s credit card information entry for the $80 damage deposit. it was up a steep hill. I am glad I did not book in winter or getting up and down that hill would be treacherous. The maid service kept leaving our door cracked open and did not pull it completely shut.

The easy check in, the friendly staff and the room was so much more than we expected. Very clean and above all very quiet and comfortable so we got the rest we were so desperately needing. We will stay here for every occasion now.
I have not one thing to complain about because everything was just so perfect. Friendly staff and a very clean facility. If anything I guess the wait on the security deposit to go back on my card. Other places you get it same day but with this motel it could take up to 72 hours. Still a wonderful place and will be a return customer

I met my friends there. We had 2 rooms. Some woman yelled out the window at the pool that she had bed bugs. I pulled sheets off and inspected everything. Multiple times throughout the day. I stayed for 2 days and couldn't find any bugs anywhere. Room was outdated but clean. All I care about in my hotel rooms is that it's clean, free of bugs, and affordable. This one was.
Breakfast wasn't much. We ate out for breakfast. $80 fee is a little excessive. Outside landscaping could be better cared for but not a top priority. It's not directly on the strip to be able to walk out the door of the hotel and go do a lot of things.

We loved the bed, it was very comfortable. Our Son who is almost 2 loves hotels and seeing different things while he is traveling with us. The view was beautiful from the window. The location was wonderful, out of the way from traffic but not too far out of the way. Clean, Comfortable and the price was great!
We didnt eat the breakfast was all that we didnt do. We wasnt in the room much but just to sleep. nothing to complain about really.

Location was great, up on the hill away from most of the noise on the parkway. I thought it was much better than the other reviews I had read about honestly
Didn't like not knowing about the $80 deposit until check in, they will either hold to your card for 3-5 business days unless you pay cash deposit, which I suggest! Need more variety for breakfast items, only little Debbie's, muffins or cereal to choose from while we were there

It was quite and private comfortable couldn't ask for better staff thay were very respectful and kind. Its in a good location May GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🙌🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏
The only issue was the tub would not drain while taking a shower but being a maintenance man at a apartment complex I know how hard it is to keep the drains open and draining. So keep up the good work and may GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏🙌
